Inclus déjeuner et réception va à coucher , les lumières ferme à tout , des sofas sont abîmés. N’entretien pas la piscines. Prochaine faire mieux l’améliorer pour les touristes. Désolé

El personal fue súper amable. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, a unos metros del embarcadero. La habitación limpia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado. Ofrece tour con costo para Tikal, a un buen precio. Las albercas muy limpias, los vestidores de las albercas cuentan con regadera. Cuentan con un dispensador de agua para rellenar tu bote en cualquier momento.

El puente de ingreso a la isla de Flores estaba cerrado y por lo tanto también al hotel, ciertamente nos ayudaron en conseguir un lugar en donde dejar el carro y nos tuvimos que transportar por vía acuática. Hubiera sido bueno que el hotel se comunicará con conmigo para avisarme de ese problema de acceso y orientarme en cuanto a la solución.

The place was ok only with don't like it the breakfast I'm not recommended

Well located, nice A/C in the room. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I think this was the best feature of the hotel. We felt safe and well taken care. One of the pools was not open which not a as a bummer. But overall it was a good experience.

Muy pequeño los cuartos y estrechos. No hay mucho espacio y por el precio creo fue alto para lo que cobraron

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Room was nice, mostly clean (except for a large spattering of hair on the shower wall) and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful and that always makes my experience somewhere extra special. Only real complaint is that I could never get anything to eat at the hotel despite its website advertising breakfast. Oh well. Not a huge deal because the hotel is a stone’s throw from plenty of places to eat. I’d definitely return here.

Aunque el hotel tiene todo el potencial para ser una experiencia increíble, las instalaciones estan descuidadas y se ven viejas... le falta interés... es una lastima. Para el dinero que cuesta la instalacion y la franquicia que respalda al hotel.... se espera mas

All as expected Problems with using visa

Clean room, excellent accommodating staff, the air conditioning is a plus... The housekeeping is absolutely superb. The pool we didn't get a chance to try but look tempting from the third floor where we stayed. I think this is the only brand name hotel on the small and colorful Isla de Flores. It is located next to the water's edge and walking distance from everything in Flores. It has parking space for their guests.

Location is great, air conditioning in our room was not working properly didn’t get to sleep good because of it

Location is the only thing working for this place. It is mediocre almost feels like a low budget place with high rates . It it clean but quite run down. Staff is also just ok.
