Check in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very nice. Outside of that, the lobby was so hot, we were all sweating. Our room was cold, but dirty and covered in mold. The bathroom had a ring in the toilet, urine around the rim, and what looked like urine on the bathroom ceiling. There was mold around the bedroom window, on the a/c unit, in the ice bucket, and on the walls. The room stunk of mold so badly, that I had to step into the hall just to breathe.

The hotel is in need of repairs: the airconditioning is noisy, the room smelled musty, and the bathroom shower faucet was hanging out of the wall. Expedia's pictures of the hotel give an illusion: you think the hotel is set back on a wooded property with an out door swimming pool to sit next too. Istead the hotel is behind a medical office in a large parking lot off the highway, pool is indoors. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. The lobby had fresh cold lemon water and fresh fruit.

The hotel service exceeded the normal standard and we were very pleased with the entire experience.

Positive: checkin was easy and shower was awesome. Negative: The room had an odor and the carpeted floor was damp. There was no signage leading to the property.

There was dog hair on the bed - which I’m allergic to dog/cat, the ac did not work, the lady I checked in with was rude.

Bedding was extremely heavy with no options for personal comfort. A/C was very noisy when compressor came on.

I wish the double rooms could be changed to queen size beds, but we made it work for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was better than expected. Thanks!

was comfortable and clean

The Comfort Inn was clean, pretty easy to find from the highway, and the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Not a very inviting area...not unsafe or anything, just not walkable and not much in the way of restaurants nearby.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower was dated and qalls by toilet were dirty

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and most important for my son, the AC worked. The breakfast room was small and hot. The breakfast was not very good.

Stopping half way from vacation location

Front desk was kind. Our room smelled terrible. Bed was the only clean thing we saw.
