Very basic hotel, location is great but staff is not friendly at all, esp the blonde lady with glasses. Bed is very hard, thin mattress on divan. Pillow is very flimsy and uncomfortable. Bathroom has a bit of smell from the pipe, soap is terrible so bring your own. Breakfast was acceptable, not the best but at least there are some toast & jam.

El hotel es antiguo pero está en perfectas condiciones, el personal es sumamente amable y agradable, el sauna es un complemento perfecto. Los desayunos son amplios y variados, pedí en 2 ocasiones cena y fue muy buena. El lugar es muy céntrico por lo que se puede ir caminando al centro de la ciudad. Totalmente recomendado.

Pros... Hotel is in best location near to city centre.walkable to city centre.All staff is very helpful and warm welcoming.Especially Himalaya is very knowledgeable and helful Cons.. First TV doesn't have access to many channels you need your own account. In my room some channel is not working which is a basic channel , I called the staff but no he was not able to fix it. In the shower the drainage stingy smell is coming.shower gel was almost empty that was supposed to check byhousekeeping, needs to check before guest arrival. Breakfast is very basic everyday.Hotel suppose to add some more fruits and vegetarian options .Even inform on desk and housekeeping for daily cleaning they missed .The housekeeping department needs to be not providing great service. This is our personal opinion because we stayed there.

The room was good, staff are excellent. Only thing is that we didn't know that breakfast was include so miss out..The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk to town, where there is shops and restaurants and bus stop. Excellent location, will diffinately stay again.

Very good hotel with a very good breakfast. Near a great shopping center area. Staff was very helpful. Icaro was amazing. He gave us very important information about the nice places to go. We will be in the Aakenus again when we go back to Rovanieme.

Absolut NICHT buchen – dieses Hotel hat unseren Urlaub ruiniert Ich rate dringend davon ab, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer hatte nicht ansatzweise etwas mit den Bildern zu tun, die auf Expedia präsentiert werden. Die Darstellung auf der Buchungsplattform ist aus meiner Sicht irreführend. Das Zimmer war extrem klein und wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Besonders erschreckend war der Zustand des Badezimmers: massive Schimmelflecken an mehreren Stellen, eine dicke, deutlich sichtbare Schimmelschicht im Luftabzug und zusätzlich Ungeziefer. Auch der Schlafbereich war inakzeptabel. An den Wänden befanden sich zahlreiche Flecken, ebenso auf der Bettwäsche. Die hygienischen Zustände waren schlichtweg ekelhaft und für uns nicht tragbar. Die Situation war so unzumutbar, dass wir gezwungen waren, unsere Flüge umzubuchen und unseren Urlaub einen Tag früher als geplant abzubrechen. Ob es im Hotel überhaupt Zimmer gibt, die den auf Expedia gezeigten Bildern entsprechen, kann ich nicht beurteilen – das uns zugewiesene Zimmer tat es definitiv nicht. Mein eindringlicher Rat: Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Sparen Sie sich Enttäuschung, Ärger und gesundheitliche Risiken und buchen Sie lieber woanders.

A penas abri la puerta del hotel, 13:55hs me dijeron check in 15hs. Lo cual lo se y respeto solo queria dejar la mochila. Volvi 15 hs y el trato fue igual. Hasta que aparecio el Sr Icaro el unico con conocimiento de como manejar un hotel y atender un cliente.

The shower was quite dirty. Breakfast and dinner were not worth the money. It is in a good location, the room was also quite big. A budget friendly option for an expensive destination.

L'accueil est très agréable ! Plein de conseils dès l'arrivé, avec un plan de ville donné en précisant les points et centres d'intérêts, les meilleurs restaurants, et les différents lieux utiles (pharmacie, supermarchés, arrêts de bus...) La chambre est propre, le petit déjeuner gourmand. De plus, le personnel reste disponible en cas de besoins (pour préparer un sandwich en plus pour notre fils avant une excursion notamment). Un vrai plaisir. La proximité avec le centre ville et les différents lieux d'intérêts rend cet hotel d'autant plus pratique.
