Belle hotel, pas de parking proche lors de notre visite. Déco superbe et propreté impeccable .

Everything was great lots of charm and perfect location. Did have an issue with room temperature for th first night as someone set the central thermostat (not located in the room) to 17 deg c but we got it resolved the next morning. Completely self check in and out with codes and cameras involved so that was really good as well.

Great location in Old Quebec! Comfortable, clean room and very nice and communicative staff. The hotel is also very quiet. The decor is sort of Victorian/Edwardian (?) antiques maybe? There was a Nespresso machine and coffee pods in the room, in the which was lovely. If there is a vending machine in the building for snacks, I did not see it anywhere. Things to know: no USB ports anywhere— bring all your chargers. Parking is scarce. We parked about 2 blocks away on the street. We had an issue with our room’s door keypad & got locked out the first night. It was resolved within 20-30 minutes. We were up for a quick getaway, and all in all we were happy with our accommodations.

Great location to walk the city. Upper town / lower town / winter festival . Too hot in the rooms though and unable to lower the heat. Digital front desk but did respond to texts in a timely manner.

Staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful and in a great location! Would recommend

As always, lovely stay. Clean and comfortable, and the location cannot be beat! I miss the old days, when there was a concierge and breakfast served, but the staff member we did interact with was lovely and helpful. I didn’t mind walking to Smith for coffee and pastries.

Great location, clean, and comfortable bed.

The room was not ready for the early check in that I asked for. After 38 hours with no sleep, exhausted on arrival. No water pressure for bath when I got back to the hotel with frostbitten feet the first night. Appreciated it being fixed for the second night. Unable to get into my room on the second day there. Needed new code. Appreciated kindness of staff in getting me into my room.

am delighted with this hotel! The staff is very polite and always helps very quickly if something is not clear. The hotel is very beautiful inside, like a museum, and I really liked it. Everything is clean and cozy.

Our sink was clogged, coffee not refilled, covers just pulled up on bed not properly made. And we left tip daily. Room it’s self was beautiful, location was perfect.

No service at the hôtel and tv not fonctionnel. I text for maintenance, I received a lot of answer but no service.

The location is excellent, and the room has a very nostalgic feeling. Everything was very clean. Although there wasn't anyone at the front desk, we never had a problem, and staff were always available by text.

Our stay was just great. I read about the self check out in advance, so I knew what to expect. When we got to the room the code I had gotten by email didn’t work, so I called the customer service number and they answered immediately, gave me the new code and problem solved so quick and they were always friendly. When I needed something I texted and they answered always fast, more than when you are in a hotel with front desk personnel. The room was clean and nice.
