Great location

I enjoyed this boutique hotel. It was calming. The staff were knowledgeable. The breakfast room had everything anyone would want to start the day. I enjoyed both the spa and had a massage. These were extra but worth it. I would return.

Bon établissement. Literie spacieuse. Le coin terrasse en haut est vraiment sympa !

Good place and staff

Dirty toilet seat, hair everywhere, all over the bedding, stuck to the walls... wifi doesn't work at all. Several huge flies waiting for me in the room. I was offered free spa entry but I question the cleanliness based on the room. Duvet smells and has brown stains. The duvet cover is not secure around the dirty duvet. Bugs come in through cracks in the windows. I would not recommend this hotel.

I requested a quiet room away from elevators - supplied. But unfortunately it was street frontage with car alarms at 2.00am, late street noise, and actual vibrations to bed from occasional heavy traffic. The staff were all incredible and the breakfast was one of the best complimentary European style ones I’d experIenced. There were facilities I didn’t use for such a short stay but if I was to return for more days, I would choose this hotel again. Great location.

This hotel has a comfortable lobby and nice breakfast. And the roof deck is really lovely!

I had a great stay at this hotel while I was in town for a conference. It's conveniently located next to a metro station and within walking distance to many of Montreal's great neighbourhoods. Staff were courteous. Food options at the buffet-style breakfast were perfect. Definitely take advantage of the spa while you're there—it's worth it!

It was a nice hotel and im sure the spa part was really fantastic but didnt get that treatment. The hotel was in the middle of lots of things to walk to or take the metro to. Lots of different restaurants. No recycle bin in the room .

One Men at the Front Office was really nice. There was no Restaurant, but on the homepage they say there is one. Room very old… breakfast really small variety of food.

Staff wasn't particularly attentive or flexible with things. Area didn't feel particularly great.

Le parking était plein et la réceptionniste ne nous a pas aider à en trouver un autre en plein centre-ville de Montréal. Payer 320$ pour apprendre sur place que nous ne pouvons pas aller dans le spa alors qu'on avait pris cet hôtel pour cette raison vous auriez dû le mentionner on serait aller ailleurs. Climatisation très fonctionnelle chambre petite mais propre.
