everything was nice. the staff were great and helpfull. the room was littile outdated like rest room did not have tpilet paper holder.

Muy mala experiencia esperaba algo mejor o tuvimos mala suerte quizás el precio estaba alto porque había un evento de la noche blanca o algo así , y esperaba mucho más , de tal forma que nos vimos en la necesidad de dejar el hotel por las condiciones tan descuidadas , a pesar de que sus patios , restaurantes, vista al mar. , playa pero todo eso que ofrecen no vale la pena el estar en una habitación tan poco básica , ni se pide lujos pero si confortable . Sugiero al dueño que vale la pena invertir más en el mantenimiento pues el lugar y su espacio algún día debió ser excelente .

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I don't believe the glowing reviews because they were nothing like my experience. The room was in terrible condition. The windows were falling apart, the shower curtain kept falling down, the bathroom had a strong sewer smell, the faucet was loose, the shower leaked, and the toilet seat was barely attached. The front door only had a loose doorknob with no deadbolt or security latch, which made me feel unsafe. The only positives were the nice view and the newer mini-split air conditioner. Around 5:00 a.m. there was what sounded like an explosion, and the hotel lost power. By checkout at 11:00 a.m., the power was still out. Maybe this hotel was nice when it was first built, but it is now in desperate need of a complete remodel—or even to be torn down and rebuilt. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else.

Pictures in website are not what you walk in to. Definitely the worse hotel I have been to not to mention Carpet in room was super dirty and old.

Nice location and staff was great. Only negative thing was visible termites in bedroom that has two beds.

The house was cleaned as if my Mom was living there! I really enjoyed my stay. I had an issue with the remote to the TV( staff came immediately to troubleshoot the issue) but, I probably needed to disconnect from all electronics, so that was a good thing. It was located in the perfect place for us to get to Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and some Plazas for shopping. If you're not handy the stove didn't ignite with the electronic starter but there were matches available. Any questions I had the staff was available and responded immediately! The back patio was relaxing with a view looking at the ocean. Quiet area and walking distance to the store and a couple of eateries. I was thankful for the gated parking. We wanted to stay another night and they accommodated our request! THANKS! I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation!

Not worth the money, service super slow

We had a great time, the place has a great charm to it, we enjoyed the cafe, restaurant and bar all with great views. Highly recommended.

I arrived a little early hoping I would be able to check in @2 instead of 3. I was told the room was not ready yet and to come back for my keys at 3. I came back at 3 and it still wasn’t ready. They told me I could park by the room and wait until it was. They didn’t end up having the room ready until 5 pm. Then I had to call maintenance because there was no WiFi or tv. But, having the private beach is almost worth all the hassle and the higher room prices.

Front desk are rude , the lady refilling the coffee in the front office was friendly.I made this reservations for this hotel because it said it had jacuzzi, upon my arrival the front desk said it was available for a $40 charge extra, I had breakfast on the restaurant onsite food was good, waitresses are NOT friendly at all. Room was decent it had an old musty smell, No AC unit in the room, No telephone in the room incase you need to reach front desk you must exit your room. The neighbors were really loud and didn’t go to sleep till 2am the room walls are not sound proof I was able to hear the TV full volume. Definitely Not staying in this place again.
