Amazing, excellent hotel friendly staff, good level of English

温泉施設なので、風呂場の目地のカビなどは仕方ないかなと思います。あとは傷が付いていたらするのも数年前に建てたので仕方ないかと思います。少し補修してもらえると良いのかと思います。

The meals are prefect, and the outdoor and indoor private osen is ideal after your day at the slope.

The Four Seasons section of the hotel is the upscale accommodation of a larger hotel. The lobby area and general service is shared by the Four Seasons area and is 3.5 star. The maisonette room we stayed in was 5 star as a facility and the service we received attaching to the room was also 5 star. Our rate included "half board" which means breakfast and dinner and we had our personal butler to serve and cook both meals which was to a very high standard.

This 4 room hotel is linked and shares the lobby with other hotels. I suggest if your on a short skiing trip, the onsen was a nice surprise. There wasnt options to go have a meal at and the area is quite limited so you will end up visiting the station for your eating needs
