But the restaurant is a bad decision, part of the food is served (some hot cream) cold, unflavored and bad smell, something impossible to eat. The waiter informed the restaurant manager, but the latter merely gestured and said it didn't matter—and they charged for it anyway. The problem isn't the cost of the dish or the food itself, but rather the attitude and customer service—or lack thereof—which didn't even include an apology.
