Ultra old property for the price they are selling the room, smell all over the property even the room had a bad smell. Felt like i have booked shelter for night not a hotel. Not even the breakfast was worth having cause they decided how much portion should i eat. Worse experience till date. Not even worth spending 100$ for a night. I paid 190$ to spend a night in shelter like hotel!

Room was clean - hallways were showing signs of age with some stains on the carpets. Hotel is easy to find and has a parking area at the back along with a small green space that is ideal for travelling with a small dog.

We liked the central location close to both the waterfront and the downtown areas. Breakfast was fine and staff friendly and helpful.

Staff helpful. Rooms need updating. One elevator needs to be replaced, it doesn't work well.

Great breakfast included and great supper in their restaurant the night before.

Water in pool cold. Unclean pool deck. Washrooms in pool area locked.

The Wi-fi service was hit and miss at best. Other than that the staff was great and the location near the harbor was great!

Historic old hotel with character. Convenient parking and proximity to great downtown restaurants. Skip the hotel breakfast.

The area seemed pretty sketchy. The front of the hotel looks pretty run down but the room was ok.

Older property but in good condition

Older property. Could see there was upgrades to the bathroom (nice) comfort bed. Older decor gave it a certain charm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

It was old but large enough to stay with our three pets and son. The room was spacious , the beds were clean & comfortable. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The furniture was really old and the carpet was stained and not clean enough! The staff were super friendly and cooperative.

Room was a good size and in good condition for the age of the property. Pool area was quite rundown and cold. Secure parking downtown was certainly a plus. The property was busy with a variety of guests.

We were a little concerned when we arrived, as another guest's vehicle had been vandalised - windshield smashed and glass everywhere. There were no further incidents during our stay. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, although we were not given the ticket for our free breakfast which delayed us eating. It was resolved in a timely manner though. An old, historic hotel and beautiful views over the water.

Restaurant was only open a few hours a day. The vending machines didn’t have Diet Coke. The food vending machine was broken

The room was dirty and the carpet was gross. There were cobwebs in the bathroom window with spiders and bugs in it. The bathtub had dead bugs and weird stains and there was someone else’s hair on the floor. There were spitz on the floor by the bed and the sheets had yellow stains on it. For the price of this hotel you would expect it to more maintained. There was also a power bar with the tv plugged in that was hanging. Limited plug ins to charge devices the lamp by bed was unusable to charge anything. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
