This motel is a Dimond in the Rough. Great bar/restaurant and Breakfast. This town is full of awesome very friendly people. I would rebook this place in a heartbeat. Take a cab to the Crown and Anchor Pub that's close by and mingle with the locals. You will be surprised how much fun the people of this town are.

Clean room, confy beds, awesome breakfast and WIFI speed was good. Only negative is that the wash basin should be inside the washroom, not outside.

The employees are respectful, they make you feel at home, the hot breakfast is great, the price is even better. If your in Whitecourt and need a hotel this is the perfect home away from home

Quite dated and definitely needs a redo. Clean, okay for noise, some issues with electrical cords.

Wasn't a horrible experience. Staff was friendly and efficient, just room had some issues. Old bed, dirty AC, leaky shower, decor needs updating as does the doors

Run down hotel.

Our room wasn’t terribly bad dirty wise, but the smell of smoke was horrible. My brother slept there as well. Their room was also not clean and smelled horrible like smoke as well and it’s supposed to be a non-smoking rooms.

The place was clean and the lady behind the desk was very nice and suggested a few places for us to see while in town

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Upon checkin for 3 rooms, 1 room reservation was not found. They did manage to find a last minute room, even though our Expedia confirmation showed the 3 rooms. Front desk called later and said it was a booking error. No, the booking was fine. It was a hotel error. It worked out in the end, but certainly one in our group could have been left with nowhere to sleep. Thankfully that didn’t happen!!
