The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public transport, we had to take a bus no. 65 to tube station. However, I would recommend anyone to stay here definitely!

The hotel itself was great, but getting around was a bit tough because H91 was the only bus available. Still, if I ever go back to London, I’d definitely choose this hotel again.

I unfortunately had booked the wrong two nights therefore did not arrive on the first night. When arriving for the second night was told I had been marked as a no show. This was not something I had experienced before and was taken aback. However after some looking they managed to still find me a room for the night. Room was amazing, great amenities, very clean and a great size. I would highly recommend. A suggestion I would give is that if someone does not attend for their booking and they are staying more then one night maybe a curtesy call could be made to them.

Fint och rent rum. Köket saknar en del utrustning (stekspade, ugnsplåtar). Funkar utmärkt om man bara ska äta frukost.

I tissue box and it would nice the nice to get fresh towels after two nights of stay Coffee is there for the first morning only and it would be nice to have it for every morning Otherwise love the property The staff is very efficient and takes care of anything not work in right away

Spacious and Modern. Highly recommended and a great value to save money when you're staying in England. Coffee shop and a mini market nextdoor and bus lines connect you to the city. It was my second time staying here.

Internet was fine. Staff were great. Breakfast was below average. Had to pay refundable deposit for potential smoke damage! I don't smoke or cook which I mentioned to no avail! Bed was VERY hard. Bathroom was great with a lovely shower. I didn't need it but room servicing is expensive and only free on stays of 8 days or longer.

Great value, really appreciated the kitchen facilities allowing us to make some of our own meals they helped with trip affordability. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Really value for money, with underground car park and excellent links to central London. Room was clean, generously sized and calm. Staff were all friendly and very attentive. We can only recommend this place!

Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartement. Es war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Zustand ist nicht mehr so neu wie auf den Fotos, aber immer noch völlig in Ordnung. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, man kann sich prima selbst versorgen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Mit Bus und Underground ist man innerhalb von 45 Minuten am Picadilly Circus. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Die etwas längere Anfahrt in die Innenstadt haben wir dafür, dass diese Unterkunft weniger als die Hälfte als eine vergleichbare Unterkunft in der Innenstadt kostet dafür aber doppelt so groß ist, gerne in Kauf genommen.

Was in town for professional women’s football (soccer). Superb, helpful and friendly staff who had solutions for every question. Clean and modern lodging, walking distance to stadium.
