The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public transport, we had to take a bus no. 65 to tube station. However, I would recommend anyone to stay here definitely!

Jos haluaa majoituksen rauhalliselta alueelta, tämä on oikea valinta. Perussiisti huoneisto, jossa ihan välttämättömin astiasto (2 lusikkaa, 2 lasia, 2 ruokalautasta jne). Onneksi kuitenkin astianpesukone, joten joka ruoan jälkeen sai pestä asiat koneessa. Lakanat oli puhtaat, mutta lattia oli likainen, samoin keittiön seinä oli täynnä roisketahroja. Sängyn alla oli kuivunut juomaläikkä ehkä kahvia. Pinnat oli kuitenkin hyväkuntoiset, joten ne olisi ollut helppo pestä. Majoituimme 7 yötä ja tälle välille olisi saanut lisämaksusta siivouksen tai lisäroskapussin. Mitään siivousta ei kuulunut hintaan. Aamupalaa oli tarjolla 17£ lisämaksulla, mutta teimme itse sen, joten en tiedä millainen sen sisältö olisi ollut. Ihan vieressä oli hyvä pieni kauppa, josta sai kaikkea tarvittavaa, myös gluteenitonta tuoreleipää, pastaa jne. Bussi läheiselle juna-asemalle lähti ihan vierestä (kesällä 2025 numero 65) joten matkustaminen julkisilla oli todella helppoa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävästä! Suosittelen, jos et ole liian tarkka siisteydestä!

I specifically picked this hotel as it was listed as being air conditioned. The air coming out of these vents is so weak that the thermostat has not reduced below 26 all night. Absolutely livid

Autonomous option for cooking. Shower door could have been cleaner

First, I want to say that I live in the US so things are a bit different than in the UK. The hotel in overall is nice, my room was a “studio”, it had a microwave, stove, dishwasher, sink, some cups and plates, a decent size room and bathroom, not a lot of room to put clothing away. The hotel is NOT close to the city where tourist would go, you need to walk to a bus station which is not too far, take a bus to the train station then take the train to the city depending where you are going, it takes an average of 40-50 mins depending how fast the bus and train are scheduled. One thing I did not like was that I stayed for 10 days and they only cleaned once, on day 6 I had to ask for extra towels and they gave me two small ones. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There’s a laundry room but you need to book it and pay for it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but I would not stay here again; mainly for the distance to the city.

Good room - not sufficient staff- not satisfactory service

The apartment was nice and spacious. The bed was really comfortable with good black out curtains. There is a laundry which was very handy. You need to book a time slot to use and you pay a fee to use the washer and dryer. The buffet breakfast had all the basics but was pretty average. The only downside really was just the proximity to public transport, as you need to catch a bus to get to the nearest tube station. I would happily stay here again if it were a bit closer to a tube station as it was quite good value for money.

Excellent service and best guys. Expedia booking confirmation didnt go somehow but hotel staffed managed to gave us room and helped us.

Reception staff were very professional and helpful. The check-in was fast and timely. The location was excellent with few step to bus station if you don’t have a car. There is a bus can take you to down town but I don’t remember exact number of the bus. There is one co-op or a super market just facing the entrance to the hotel. Parking is very good other you pay through app or Hotel staff can arrange it for you in their designated spaces.

The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely.

I enjoyed my stay. Some of the good: -Transit is really convenient and lots of options are close, -There is a grocery store within about 50 steps, -The unit was clean and well maintained. -Staff were super friendly. Some of the not-so-good: - We booked a room with a double and single bed, because we needed 2 beds. The single wasn't a bed, it was a pull out sofa. When I queried at the front desk, I was told this is what I booked, there are no other rooms available and if there were, it would be an extra cost. The sofa bed was ok, not great, and I was told that we can not switch from bed to couch ourselves. We booked this room in order to have flexibility, and this was an unexpected disappointment. - The kitchen equipment was limited, we had to ask for extra cooking items. -The ventilation is poor, we could smell the food we good for many days. - There are laundry machines available, which are to be signed out. Twice when we did laundry, there were other peoples items in the machines and the staff refused to address it with the individuals who were doing laundry when not signed out. Overall, the stay was good, I would stay in the area again, but would not book this type of room if two beds are needed, given the misrepresentation of the beds in the ad.

I like the hotel location which is near residential area and a Sainsbury shop although is near the busy road also, so close the balcony door when sleep. Front desk staffs are gentle and friendly and with big bright open sitting area supply snacks and books creat a peaceful and calm feel, this is the best point of this hotel to me, hope it will keep this way. Hotel looks very new. If leave rubbish bags outside the room they are cleared very quick. I had an unlucky second day with suddenly no hot water due to boiler problem but I think it is one off. Stayed regularly here find the toilet seat is smaller than the toilet which is not very comfortable and don’t look good. Hope when they change toilet seat again find a matching size. Room phone is very loud ringing sound but when started to talk it is extremely faint can’t hear which stressed me out, I hate when the phone ring. When order Uber taxi drivers don’t know or don’t want to get to the door so they cancel sometimes, it will be better hotel can give guests the Sainsbury address and let guests wait by there to avoid problems. I had cancelled taxi while I was even watch out. Overall I like this hotel.
