The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public transport, we had to take a bus no. 65 to tube station. However, I would recommend anyone to stay here definitely!

Check in took way longer than expected. I travel a lot and never had to wait so long for a room before. The room also wasn’t that clean. The faucets handles were extremely corroded. They didn’t supply enough towels so had to request more which was promptly given. Also for the pull out sofa bed, they only supplied a dirty yellow stained pillow and an absolutely nasty yellow stained comforter. I brought them down to the front desk. Looks like they were embarrassed by what they saw and I was immediately given a new pillow and comforter along with a mattress topper, sheets and pillow cases. I didn’t eat their food because I thought the fee was high so ate out every day. This hotel isn’t located to a lot of stuff so expect to walk, take buses and trains to wherever you’re going. Honestly I would not recommend. Next time I will get a hotel in a more centralized location.

Stay was okay, air con was good. Comunication before stay was poor - does not really respond to messages and no answer when trying to ring reception.

Very pleased with our stay overall. The room amenities were a big plus for our stay and the location was excellent for options for public transit to a variety of locations. The staff were so kind and helpful, particularly Fernando, who went above to ensure our comfort and always had a friendly greeting for us! The room was just as advertised and more than enough space for our needs. It did feel a bit empty and there was space for a small couch or chair but that didn’t impact our stay at all. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

The hotel carpets were water‑stained and grim, the air‑conditioning was dead on arrival, and the “solution” offered was a fan so weak it couldn’t cool a hamster. The curtains didn’t close, so I spent the entire night lit up like a shop window. Yes, the location is great, Sainsbury’s next door, but the mythical “free parking” might as well be listed under folklore. Unicorns are more common. Communication was a shambles from start to finish, and the manager and staff seemed genuinely unaware of their own policies. Basic queries vanish into the void, and responses, when they finally appear are slow, vague, and unhelpful after the event! The contrast with the Adagio Stratford is brutal. Stratford runs circles around this place on every single count!

We had stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and had a great experience. This time we booked 4 rooms and had a terrible experience. The rooms were not kept clean, the floors looked dirty and sheets, pillows, etc all looked worn and dubbed cover was actually torn. The rooms service used to. D more frequent and now it is only once a week. The AC did not work and the rooms were boiling hot reaching room temperature of 85+ degrees. When you would tell the staff, they just ignored you. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved

First come first serve for parking with a few right outside and the rest in an underground garage. Got there at 11:30 and there were plenty. Very friendly check in staff. Room was good although ‘interesting’. Not enough electrical sockets and those that were were poorly located. Hard floor, no carpets which doesn’t give it a homely feeling. Beds ok but quite small. Didn’t eat but plenty of options to take back to the room if needed.

The hotel itself was great, but getting around was a bit tough because H91 was the only bus available. Still, if I ever go back to London, I’d definitely choose this hotel again.

I unfortunately had booked the wrong two nights therefore did not arrive on the first night. When arriving for the second night was told I had been marked as a no show. This was not something I had experienced before and was taken aback. However after some looking they managed to still find me a room for the night. Room was amazing, great amenities, very clean and a great size. I would highly recommend. A suggestion I would give is that if someone does not attend for their booking and they are staying more then one night maybe a curtesy call could be made to them.
