Todo impecable

I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband. I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care

Fantastic breakfast and great staff. Bedroom spotless. Contained everything you need. Lighting a bit bright in the room and my individual room was small and no view, only small downsides

Este es el hotel más inseguro en que hemos estado en nuestra vida de viajeros por el mundo. Nos asaltaron robándonos pasaportes, tarjetas de crédito, dinero en efectivo para estar en España y Rumanía, además de visas personales para Estados Unidos de América. Al llegar al hotel, inmediatamente después del registro subió en el elevador con nosotros un criminal español vestido con los colores del personal del hotel. Entro a la habitación para calibrar el aire acondicionado y con engaños y mentiras nos sacó y recomendó cambió de habitación. Aprovechando ese momento, para robar todas nuestras documentaciones, dinero, y lo que menciono en el párrafo anterior. La Dirección del hotel absolutamente irresponsable y cero empática con sus huéspedes. NUESTRA RECOMENDACION ES:NO RESERVAR JAMAS EN ESTE HOTEL HABITACION ALGUNA, POR SU INSEGURIDAD. Levantamos la denuncia correspondiente ante el MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR, Dirección General de Policía, Jefatura Superior, quien nos volvió a citar para la identificación del criminal. Al que identificamos ante las fotografías que nos presentó la Policía Judicial.

BUENO: El personal muy atento y la ubicación excelente A MEJORAR: - Desayuno: EL lugar del parece un quirófano, no es bonito, Luz Blanca de hospital, muy desangelado. La Comida mejorable... - PARKING: No hay cargadores eléctricos, es un "must" en estos momentos. - RECEPCION: cuando llegamos, había solo 1 persona en recepción y estaba atendiendo en una habitación, llamábamos para entrar el parking y nada. - PRECIO: excesivo, pagamos 350€ por una habitación en la planta Ático. - LIMPIEZA: La ducha tenia una marca oscura, no molaba, habitación un poco trotada. - TV: El mando no apagaba la TV y no se veia bien, muy oscura, era muy antigua.

Nao tinha ar, a cama horrivel, travesseiros duros. Não recomendo

La stanza singola era pulita, nuova come anche il bagno. Dal quadro elettrico in camera proveniva un costante rumore dovuto alla tensione elettrica. Inotre non c'era un piano o sgabello per poggiare la valigia che

Very expensive for a very small room with no character.. very bland corp hotel.. staff were not interested .. on check out reception reluctantly called a cab after being dismissive that it would be too busy to get one..

Staff at the reception were very acomodating but did not have much knowledge to give to travellers.For example we asked for Hop on hop off bus ticket sale office and we were send to much further office.Few days later just by chance we find out a ticket sale office much more closer to the hotel. One would assume that staff at the front desk of a hotel should have good knowledg of this kind of things .The information about sight seeing and place of intrest were very limited in the front desk.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We were visiting Madrid this time for a special occasion and booked and paid for a superior room with a terrace. However on arrival I was told that we could not have a superior room as the Air conditioning was not working on that floor and we were downgraded to a standard room. The air con was working on that floor though!

Localização excelente, quartos amplos e limpos. Dois pontos desfavoráveis foram que o nosso quarto era na parte da frente do hotel e no sábado o bar na frente fica animado até 00:00, nos outros dias não teve barulho. E o segundo ponto é que o ar condicionado não era suficiente para um quarto grande. Precisa de uma manutenção.

It was in a central location to everything. It was very very clean and modern. Staff was attentive and friendly.
