Literally the worst experience I ever had. I came here thinking that me and my partner would have a wonderful day out of town, but that is not how it went. Our bathroom toilet did not work. It did not flush it overflowed the ceiling with key in and fallen, the walls had holes I took photos of the staff was really rude and told me to leave the premises and never come back because I addressed them about the issue. I want a refund. No one should pay for this type of experience.

Room smelled like mold when arrived back later in day. Saw mold on the ceilings. Unfortunately being a Saturday, was at capacity an no other room to switch to

Room was clean, bed was ok but my sister was in adjoining room and her toilet overflowed. She had to go downstairs to get plunger at desk only 1 person on nightshift her husband plunged it and had to take plunger right back because they only had one!

Rugs need an upgrade. If they appeared cleaner, the whole room would feel nicer. Great shower. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable.

The bathroom had a steep incline on floor.There was no tub! There was a joining room! Usually room is great, what happened??

Staff was not friendly. Room rate was deducted from my account before i checked in even tho i booked pay at property. The hotel was very hot. And its been 5 days and we still have not received our $100 deposit back. Pool was very cloudy.

Room, sheets and bathroom appeared clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable-big and thick without much give causing a very unnatural sleeping position. Overall though the property is worn out and they have applied quick fixes and cheap coverups rather than truly fixing them. Could see ceiling water damage in room, cheap flooring applied over uneven floors, sloppy caulk in bathroom, old faucets, molding missing in bathroom, worn out curtain. Hallways and elevator areas dingy and not clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was super weak, bread stale, eggs dry, milk warm, orange juice subpar, waffles were odd tasting and they just didn't have a great variety. Even the plastic ware was very cheap and flimsy. My overall impression is that the property owners are doing things as cheaply as possible in order to save money and make a profit.

The bed and room were just okay. I would not recommend staying there for the price. Very old and outdated and need of major renovations

There was hair in the bathroom tub, there were stains in the carpet. The walls were not super clean and only had one coat of paint on the walls.

I gave this an overall of three stars because the dining area and breakfast were decent. In fact, they are the nicest part of this entire place. The hallway and room smelled, and the door to our room was not cut to fit. In other words, you could see into the hallway from the inside when the door was shut. I could not wait to leave and will never stay there again.

Just not kept. Elevator looks like it from the worse run down area.
