We arrived at 05:00 am. We slept for 5 hours . We went for breakfast at 10. Too crowded, staffs are just running in rush. Asking not gently , and absolute chaos’s. After we left for beach. Beach has a wharf about 2 km to arrive for swimming area. Poolside is like a public beach. Sun beds are too close to each other. We left the hotel in same morning despite of having 3 more days .

Just got back from a week at Rixos Seagate. 8 of us went and there was something for each generation. Would definitely recommend.

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options. The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world .. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

It was an excellent stay honestly. Perfect vacation spot for the family. My son enjoyed the kids club very much! The staff were amazing all over.

Best in Sharm El Sheikh

Great for relaxing, team are very supportive. Food needs improving as repeats very often at the buffet and the a la carte is just slight variations of the buffet.

Everything is very beautiful, the hotel is wonderful, only there is a problem with, the children's policy in the hotel asks for a lot of money for an additional child, between 150 and 200 dollars per night, this is very much, especially it does not provide additional services for the child or a bed, for this reason we cannot return to this in the hotel. But everything was wonderful from all the crew.

I am Canadian and I used to spend my vacation along with my family in Egypt. Last year we went to Rixos Al Alamin and the service was amazing This year we decided to change so we went to Rixos premium seagate sharm I feel sorry for such decision The place is so crowded and most of staff are not professional - no enough shuttles so you have to wait in the burning sun for 15 or more minutes and drivers sometimes treat you badly - Restaurants are very crowded and you will have hard time finding a table - Swimming pool was closed for the whole day without any explanation or excuse And many other incidents that made me wonder why I have to pay such big amount of money Even I sent complaint through expedia but no one paid any attention for it
