The room was large and confortable. A lot of noise from the street…as usual in Beirut. Staff was very professional and kind.

Staff was very helpful

For a recent trip to Beirut, we stayed at this hotel due to convenience of the location. The room was sufficient and had a good amount of space. The property is off the side of the main road and therefore no view of the ocean except a peekaboo view. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt a bit conned by the restaurant staff who overcharged us for breakfast one of the days. Be sure to ask for exactly what you want and how much it will cost to avoid unnecessary costs. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I would recommend the hotel.

das Hotel punktet in allen Bereichen. beim nächsten Besuch würde ich es wieder buchen, wenn der Preis passt. es sind alle sehr freundlich und sogar CheckIn war schon stunden eher möglich als geplant.

It was amazing, froastrated their 12th floor restaurant was under refurbishment, other than that it was marvelous, need to push on daily cleaning

I can not say i like it . Maybe it was good before but now it looks old . Workers are not taking care good . The securities both were kind , they are segregated . I just stayed because of location . Closed to my business .

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is exactly what we wanted. The front desk staff and outside security were great. Shoutout to sevag outside. The only struggle was not being able to adjust the air conditionning. Either we were freezing or too hot. Would return without a doubt.

The property was very clean, it met all the basic staying standards, amid country’s difficulties. The staff was very welcoming. The location was convenient to many activities.

The overall service was excellent, starting the valet parking personnel : George in the morning until the evening , not only taking care of parking the car but even writing on a piece of paper where to go and visit and explore , where to eat etc. Very courteous,always friendly, not fake . Then at night : Sevag , very down to earth, amazing person, for example something unexpected happened happened at midnight wanted to get an important local phone number I needed ( tried so many ways from Facebook etc, but did not get it, finally he got it throughout other ways, again very friendly like George, no matter how late at midnight.. All the personnel at the front desk , always taken care all that I needed . I would recommend this hotel , it’s near of all the famous pastry shops and restaurants.

Love this hotel! I always stay here when u travel to Beirut! Staff is always wonderful . Recommend this is anyone traveling to Beirut ❤️

Amazing and hospitable staff. Joe is unmatched by his gracious greeting every morning at breakfast and Sevag is simply outstanding in his service whenever we needed something.

Great spacious bedroom and huge bathroom! I really liked the venue and its location.
