Schönes Hotel, der Versace Stil ist natürlich sehr schick. Der Zustand des Hotels ist nur noch mittelmäßig, das Personal ziemlich überfordert. Kein vergleich zu anderen guten Hotels, gerade in Dubai

Alles in allem ok, leider schon teilweise recht abgewohnt. Und, nie zuvor musste ich das Wasser zum Frühstück teuer bezahlen, unglaublich. Und das in einem Hotel, das 5 Sterne haben will/soll. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert, zeigt wenig Aufmerksamkeit und ist sehr langsam. Schade, im Übrigen ist das aufgrund des Versace Styles ein sehr schönes Hotel.

ドアマンから、中にいる受付スタッフも対応がゴミすぎ。一流ホテルだと思っていたが中身はガタガタ。挨拶はないし、無愛想で何か雰囲気が良くない。部屋も日光が入らないので、すごく寒かった。特に受付のやつがゴミ過ぎて、 ２回目はないかな。

Lovely hotel, staff and food! Absolutely loved our stay - however next time I’d choose the creek view.

We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai for the past 14 nights, and due to unexpected flight cancellations, we’ve extended our stay for several more nights, and honestly, that says everything about how exceptional this hotel is. The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We had little bit bad start with the room, it was feeling uncleaned and was setting of amenities for 2 people although the booking was for 3. But the moment we contacted the receptionist she apologized and checked for another room for us. Eventually they upgraded us to bigger and better room with an amazing view that changed our whole stay to become an unforgettable vacation. Very recommended and amazing service.

This was our first holiday as a new family, so it meant a lot to us. I tried contacting Palazzo Versace several times through various channels — phone, Hotels.com, email and WhatsApp — but I received no reassurance regarding whether a baby cot would be available in our room. The lack of response caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a much higher level of communication and customer service. Not replying at all is disappointing and does not reflect the standard I anticipated. In the room the lights kept flickering off and on by themselves. Very creepy!

Kettle was dirty and had particles floating. When asked housekeeping said they will call the manager but no follow up was done and everyone kept brushing the issue under the rug. One of the days housekeeping barged in only after ringing the bell once(we were taking our bath and after the first bell, 10 seconds later housekeeping opened the door) luckily we shouted at him to close the door. This happened at 6pm. Terrible experience and will never come back again

Beautiful property

Truly awful experience. Being humiliated by the reception staff because they have not set up a credit for room charges. Which 5 star hotel requires a upfront deposit for small charges??!! Truly dissapointing experience. The hotel is not worth the name Versace.
