Neglected hotel and dirty room

Bar was ok but service was slow sometimes one on bar room wasnt sea view but ground floor which suited me one lift very small could only take 2 people

Very happy with the room, the view and the good service from a really nice family run hotel. I will certainty return

Hotel in need of major update, shower leaked, shower head post fell of if touched it to move shower head, bed head board not fixed and resting on window. Booked two nights left after one. Room also dirty, cotton bud left on bathroom floor. On the plus the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as tv didn't work and she got fixed, shower was actually also very nice hot and powerful.

First room we were given had seriously loads of issues. But after a conversation with reception we were given a better room and given a bottle of wine.

Staff very pleasant but our room 405 had a terrible drainage smell when we run the tap in the sink. Would request a room nearer next time it was a long walk to our room

I was visiting family and needed a base near the front for a few days. Somewhere to put my head down at night, catch up on messages and recharge after busy fun days.

Nice location near sea front

Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect.

It is situated where everything is local and within walking distance. The beach is on the doorstep also shops, and dining facilities not to far away. The hotel was a excellent choice and is first class, overall a very enjoyable stay.

Patio door didnt close properly and was opened by the strong winds. Road level room. Shower poor

This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. No hot water in the basin, towel rail falling off the wall, shower just a dribble. Tatty public areas. To cap it all, we didn't find out there was no breakfast until we went downstairs for it. We weren't told this at check-in, and there was no note in the info folder in the room - just the times for breakfast!

Great location, Easy for bars and restaurants beech life. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Would book again.

Good family run hotel, close to the seafront and pier

Although this hotel has limited parking it is a great hotel for a short break. Bar staff and area perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with tea coffee etc and towels. A little dated but good value for money I'd definitely recommend

Lovely place to stay, the staff are nice and friendly

When we arrived at the hotel they said because they had coach canceled they would not be doing food or entertainment so we had to find somewhere to eat and for entertainment the manaoer was very rude to us wben we decided to come home early

Mattress felt it was 30 years old shower was tiny and no power will no stay there again. It felt outdated everywhere

We really enjoyed and would definitely book again xx
