Hotel was the best one we stayed at while travelling the Maritimes. Great location in downtown Charlottetown, a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Easy parking, great staff and breakfast was good. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

It was a great stay! Lovely breakfast. Very clean and great location close to many shops, restaurants, and the downtown harbour front. Would stay there again. Would be nice if they had a pool on site. The one they send you to at the University up the street was being used for a competition.

The hotel is old, as everything in Charlottetown is, but updated and very clean. We were very comfortable here for three nights. The beds were soft but didn’t give my back any problems. Breakfast was limited but quality. Also, it really was close to everything - very walkable.

Staff were very pleasant at check in / out. Room was clean and spacious.

The property is conveniently located downtown Charlottetown. Lots of parking easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, very comfortable beds. Furniture is tired, chairs have grubby arms. Breakfast is only ok. Limited choice,.

Everything was good, a few more breakfast options would have been better. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Ataff was fantastic. Roomy room. Good hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was good. Dog friendly and had treats and poop bags on checkin. Will definitely stay again.

Clean room, nice friendly staff

The ice machine worked. The front staff was lovely. Her name was Katelyn (not sure on the spelling), she checked us in and my friends and I went to an event, she told us how lovely we looked. She was great. The restaurant was good, I liked that it wasn't self serve and they had enough options. Pleased with our stay.

Breakfast egg, cheese, and bacon on English muffin very good. Also offered scrambled eggs with ham and toast, or waffles with blueberries. Nice rooms, lots of hot water, in room coffee keurig. Good stay.

Given the hotel locates in downtown area and still offering free on site parking is pretty precious. However the property is relatively old with limited charge cord and we found an oil stain on the quilt cover as soon as we checked in. The staff did manage to change the cover for us.
