This place is nasty and one of the more expensive in town. Beds have stains on them. Carpet is stained and nasty. Toilet was broken. Shower has mold in it and dirty. General property condition very dirty. Very disappointed. I spent this kind of money on a dump like this.

Reception staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and presentable. Excluding the bathroom. The toilet was not properly cleaned. Waste was still floating in the toilet water.

Staff at the front desk was apologetic about being on the phone with her boss while checking me in. Property was will lit for parking.

Room was available was the only good thing. The AC wasnt working until fixed. Just wires hanging where smoke detector belonged. Bed and pillows where dirty with stains, carpet was stained. Shower curtain was dirty. Smelled like smoke and mold.

Convenient. But gross bathroom.

Horrible, dirty, never again

Breakfast was coffee and wrapped cookies. The traffic was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Bed too hard. Restroom door broken, toilet top broken, people staying looked rough, never staying here again this is a $60 inn not an over $100 hotel.

Comme je vous l ai ecrit plusieurs fois je n ai pas été dans cet hôtel situé au Texas. J étais en Californie (voir mes autres resa) je me suis trompé entre Texas et Californie donc j ai appelé l hôtel disant que c était une erreur que je n irai pas et si possibilité remboursement ou geste commercial mais à ce jour même pas une réponse Aidez-moi Merci Christine Christian

The swimming pool extremely dirty

We've stayed here twice, and both times were great

Got there in the evening and had to call to check in. Got to the room and there was mold growing on the ceiling and wall. Found a pill on the floor. Bed had some kind of powder on the sheets.

I stopped in for a late night sleepover as my wife and I were tired from driving after a doctor's appointment in San Antonio. It was about 11 p.m when we tried checking in. It took a while as the clerk on duty was not in the office so we had to call the number listed. I unfortunately booked the wrong date of the stay so that took a while to get resolved although upon check in to the room everything was fine and to be expected. There was a small gap at the top of the door which caused the room to be humid. The cleanliness was fine no complaints in that department. There was no remote control for the TV and we could not change the channels manually. I also didn't appreciate being woken up and the door opened at 9 a.m in the morning to try and rush us to get out. Thankfully we had the door guard in place. Other than that it was average. I didn't get to try their breakfast so I have no comment on that. I'd stay again in a different room and advise them to not wake up guests for no reason especially since they are paying for checkout till 11 a.m.

Carpet was torn, refridgerator did nit close.

Mildew smell in room. Property is an improvement over two years ago

The room was nice and I loved the Texas shaped waffle maker!

Close proximity to where we needed to be.

Stayed at this hotel for a week and they only cleaned room once! I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels. Never again

It was a very pleasenr overnight stay. We will positively make your hotel a destination on future trips.

We were stranded with a vehicle at dealer it made it very convenient to uswalk over there. The lady at front desk was very helpful to us after we had had a bad few days.
