I didn’t like that my sink plumbing broke 2 days before my stay ended. I like that the location was convenient for me.

Had a great time here after having issues with another hotel in the area the staff here rebooked me here without any problems and fixed what was turning into a terrible weekend. Will return to this establishment every time I come in to town.

We stayed for 3 nights for a work trip. The rooms were clean and updated. The snack bar was nice. They have limited breakfast but overall we had a great stay!

The guy from front desk came to our room stating that we had a dog inside the room, that wasn’t true, he even came inside the room violating our privacy and even though he didn’t find any dog he said that we hide it because he saw us on the security cameras bringing the dog inside when at that time we were sleeping, we were really tired returning from a funeral, that was one of the worst nights of our lives, we hope Best Western Hotel take appropriate actions against this so unprofessional staff member.

Easy check in at a quiet location. Room was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast provided was tasty and bountiful.

The elevator was out, they had us on the 3rd floor. Im travelling with my elderly mother. The best they could do was the 2nd floor. A huge reason we picked a hotel vs motel was the elevator.. no help with bags. Very disappointed

The room had a stench to it that somewhat smelled like mildew. The elevator was out when I showed up to the hotel. The pools looked dirty and unkept. Two good things about the hotel were that the staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

I came to stay at this hotel because my boyfriend was staying there for work. We enjoyed the stay the only part we didn’t enjoy was the elevator being out but a few steps never hurt nobody. The showers aren’t the best & getting full size towels seemed like a hassle however we enjoyed it for the price & the size!
