Clean hotel. Good location(so close to Kizilay square). Good breakfast.

I paid for the accommodation in advance through Hotels.com but the payment didn't come through. They wanted me to pay as I checked out. In the end I had to show them the email from Hotels.com and forward it to their accountant. Some sort of problem with either of them??
