Mixed bag. I’ll start with the positives on this one. Location was not credible, great parking; and condo was clean and had great views. The negatives now. The elevator/loft situation was awful and possibly the worst i can remember. We were on the lower floors and I believe only one of the three lower level lifts was working. Terrible as we had to wait 20 min during the day and almost an hour after blue jays games. The unit, 1903, did not have cable so we could not watch the World Cup which was annoying. Apartment was small but that’s it expected for a major Metro area.

View was spectacular and the condo was just what we needed. Pictures did show a room with 2 twin beds but when we got there there was only queen of king beds. One of our party slept on the couch due to that. It had everything we needed. Bathrooms and bedrooms were really clean but kitchen floor looked like it had been not swept. I would definitely stay again!!

Great spot, great view and easy access to do many things.

We booked this apartment largely because of the pool, so it was extremely disappointing to discover after completing extensive check-in paperwork that the pool was closed for refurbishment. We are a family of five with three boys, and one of the main reasons we chose this property was so they could enjoy the pool after long days of sightseeing around Toronto. Had we known the pool would not be available, we would have chosen an alternative property that also offered a pool. This should have been clearly communicated before booking or, at the very latest, before guests were required to complete the check-in process. What makes this more frustrating is that previous reviews from some time ago mention similar issues, suggesting this has been an ongoing problem. During our stay, there were no clear updates available, and the concierge staff were unable or unwilling to provide any meaningful information on when the pool would reopen. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the lack of transparency regarding a key advertised amenity was very disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not book here again.

Amazing all around.

The location was excellent. We went to 2 Jays games and was 3 minute walk. Only bad thing was the elevator had massive lines every time so that wasn’t great.

The location was great, and the unit was clean. The furniture was very uncomfortable in the unit. The elevators also were very slow due to the sheer amount of people using them, especially at check in and check out. The pool was also being refurbished and was closed, though we were told it would be open. All of this forced us out into Toronto, which was great. The view from the balcony was nice, and the proximity to attractions was wonderful. Overall, the unit we got needed all new furniture to sit and sleep on.

Perfect location if you are going to see the Blue Jays and located close to many excellent restaurants. Will stay there again

Location is good if you want to be downtown near the ball park or convention centre. Check-in is a pain because this is not a hotel. There is no front desk staff or concierge if you need help with something. Only security staff that can only hand you a key to your apartment after you have called the host to see if the apartment is ready. There is nowhere to check your bags if you arrive early. You also have to call the host again to tell them you are checking out. The one positive thing is that there is a kitchen if you need it with a fridge, freezer, plates and silverware. It is just not worth going back knowing that you most likely can't check in before 4 o'clock.

Excellent location for what we were there for (easy access by train from airport, walkable to Rogers Centre, Ripley's, museum etc)

Excellent location with so many amenities nearby.

Excellent location. Great view. They sent an email saying we would not have power from 11 pm to 11 am the next day. So it was a very anxious time, but they neglected to say they had a back up generator and we were fine. But such a big worry. They needed to handle the situation better. Would rent again if visiting Toronto.

Nice and close to the ball park

The only issue we had with this property is the elevators. We waited over 30min until we decided to use the stairs to get to the ground floor to check out. When we got to the ground floor which took a while from the 42nd floor, the other guests that was waiting on the same floor, still hadn’t gotten onto the elevator and they were already waiting 20min from when we met them by the elevator. All our legs are quite sore, even today.

Location is excellent

We had a view of the CN Tower! Amazing! After a week in the UK being able to do our laundry was a huge plus.

Great place, great location to anywhere and anything

Fantastic location and property!

Kitchen was equipped well for cooking with pots, pans and dishes. The stove is slow to heat up things but we managed. Great location, can’t be beat.
