The hotel is in a beautifully reconstructed historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only a half mile walk to the Zwinger and other historic sites. We enjoyed our short stay.

One suggestion - the bath tub was so high that even for me being almost 6 feet tall, it was difficult to jump over. Rest we were very happy with everything else.

Mitten in Dresden. Sehr guter Service und zuvorkommendes Team. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer und ich hatte versäumt, zu sagen, dass wir gerne auf eine Etage möchten und spontan wurde rine Alternative angeboten und der Wunsch erfüllt. Bett und Bad waren toll und die Matratze nicht zu weich und trotzdem unheimlich bequem.

Size, condition, comfort and attention to detail for room was very good. Hotel was very clean all round. The shower cubicle was more than adequate. Staff very helpful. Ideal location for viewing city attractions. Great choice for breakfast. Lovely building.

Super convenient location, close to everything there is to see and do. Loads of cafes, restaurants and shopping. It’s also super close to the train station as well. we enjoyed our stay here, the only issue we had was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet in einem historischen Ambiente - genau der richtige Ort für einen Dresden-Aufenthalt. Alles ist von dort gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Gerne wieder.

There to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. When we came there was a big construction site outside. We went for a consert late in the evening and wanted to sleep in a bit. 8 aclock in the morning the where cutting stones outside our window. I contacted them afterwards and raised my concerns and got the reply that this was unfortunate because if we only had told them they had avaleble room in the other side of the hotel and we would not khans to sleep in a construction site. I asked for a compensation but they just made a mockery out of that to. I would recommend you to take you chances some other place.

Die Lage ist schön zentral - man erreicht nahezu alles fußläufig. Parkplätz gibt es bezahlbar in der Nähe. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und eigentlich braucht man dann auch den Rest des Tages nichts mehr essen.

Städtetrip ins wunderschöne Dresden - und die Hotelauswahl hätte nicht besser sein können. Wohnen in alt-erwürdigem Ambiente im Herzen der City - Top! Perfekte Lage, alles hervorragend zu Fuss erreichbar. Haben einen Abend den Barservice genossen, war ebenfalls sehr nett - keine weiteren Angebote genutzt im Hause, da einfach drumherum so viel zu besichtigen gab. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We receiveed a specific mail telling us of car service, but it was not provided when we got there. Instead we had to manage the difficult parking situation ourselves, not even knowing the town. We decided not to have housekeeping for saving the environment, but this was not deducted from our bill.

A beautiful historic building in the old town area of Dresden. Easy to walk to many sights and restaurants. Unfortunately a lot of construction in the area that detracts from its charm.

Der Spa- und Fitnessbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Deshalb wird er jetzt auch geschlossen und renoviert. Ich finde es nicht fair, dass dazu keinerlei Hinweis bei der Buchung gegeben wurde. Er befindet sich im Keller. Im Pool geht keine einzige Massagedüse, die Gegenstromanlage ist defekt. Der Fitnessberecih besteht nur aus 3 Geräten, die zwar von einer Luxusmarke sind, aber von einen "Unwissenden" gekauft wurden. So z.B. das Laufband, das nicht per Motor angetrieben wird, sondern nur durch die eigene Laufgeschwindigkeit. Dieser Bänder sind schlichtweg... Dann ein Bike mit breitem Sattel, das eher einem Bike für 80-jährige erinnert, von mir als Peloton- und Fullybikefahrer nicht richtig genutzt werden kann. Es erinnert an einen Sonntagsausflug. Dazu ein Treppensteiggerät, was auch kein richtiges ist, sondern mehr einer Art Crosstrainer erinnert. Sauna: Wird erst abends eingeschaltet. Ruhebereich, dann am Pool. Keine Möglichkeit rauszugehen und abzukühlen. Weder Schwalldusche noch sonst etwas, was mit Sauna zu tun hat. Deshalb klarer Punktabzug, da es hier keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel gab.
