Staff were super friendly and helpful!!! Room smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking suite. Floors were sticky.

There was a very strong animal smell in the room.

Thus place should be taken off Expedia. The person in front of me went to his room and found squatters belonings. My room was filthy. The kitchen floor area was sticky. The room was listed as a suite that had spots for two tvs but there was no tvs. We were so tired we just needed to sleep so after checking the bed for bed bugs, we went to bed. This place is a dump.

First room had a horrible roof leak that they knew about, but forgot. Second room had what looked like feces smeared on the top blanket, and the comforter underneath was covered in hair.

The room en the oldest building of the property. The room seem clean but when I went to use the shower it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. At check out I spoke to the attendant and she was very nice. She said I should have said something and she would moved us.

NO HOUSEKEEPING, MIssing smoke alarm (wires hanging from ceiling), ceiling cracked, bulging, ready to cave in, door looked kicked in (busted lock), smelled like pot so bad we could smell it in our room, took forever for front desk to answer when we needed towels. I do NOT recommended!!

Booked a hotel room for one night- checked the sheets and there were obvious blood stains from bedbugs. Informed the room service gentleman and he said I shouldn’t have lifted the sheets up and that it’s fine. Immediately got a refund.

Bed was broken and had a large metal sticking out of it. My 7 year old son got hurt 3 times on it and bled the first time. I hurt my knee pretty bad I have a black and blue from landing on it. His father tripped over it as well. Bathrooms were extremely outdated and had green mold on the handles it felt disgusting to even shower in there. Blankets were really really dirty they were 100% not washed, had to bring my blanket from the car. Coffee maker had a thick layer of dust on it can tell there is really no cleaning in this place. Room was 432 should really consider fixing that bed on the right that they tried to cover by laying a white sheet over it instead of tucking. I would never recommend for anyone to stay here. Every other place was sold out. Got there at 11;45 pm left at 7 AM.

I am writing this in the middle of the night. Worst experience of my life. Rooms are so close that we can hear every single word spoken in the nearby rooms. Rooms have some dirty odor. Just waiting for sunrise to run from here.

The truth is there are many bad reviews, but I think it's a good place to stay a couple of nights quietly, and they also have breakfast that's not bad for the price.

I would not recommend anybody stay there the bathroom was so dirty you didn't even want to get into the shower there was a bag over top of the smoke detector there was dirty Linens the remote control did not work we requested first floor they gave us third floor extremely displaced I wasn't expecting the Hilton but I also wasn't expecting it to be no better than sleeping in a tent

Upon arrival we were told they would not honor the military discount they advertise because we reserved the room from another website. We were informed multiple times there would be a fine for smoking, I'm a non-smoker, but you are immediately choked with cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the building. The shower was disgusting with hair from another previous guest all over the bathroom. The spicket for the shower was about to come out of the wall, it was a battle to get the shower to even turn on. Add to this that the drain issue for the shower that it fills up before you can wash the shampoo out of your hair. The free breakfast was hard boiled eggs and waffles that you make yourself on a dirty waffle iron setup. Would never recommend for anyone

The Staff was great, HVAC worked okay, WiFi was out for several hours one day. While the building we stayed in was single story which made it accessible, it is in serious need of remodel/freshening. We have stayed here about 6 times, half of the times we were in another building which had been remodeled and was nicer. Would suggest they remodel the building that has the 400-series rooms.

Wifi did not work, air conditioning unit leaked, coffee pot did not work and was filthy. One bedsheet had a cigarette burn in it.

The room stinks very bad. The sheets and towel are old and looks dirty. The door has gaps that any bug can get in the room.
