All good, we have a great stay!

Loved my stay! The room was nice and quiet, and the hot tub was so nice!

Hotel was clean. Good breakfast / variety. Staff friendly.

Breakfast was fresh good, but small space one day we could not get in to many people but that it was great breakfast lots of choice , parking is underground was safe and secured , staff is great , very clean and comfortable stay

Room was clean and a nice Veiw of the garden. Staff was awesome and friendly!

The breakfast was very poor. The options were limited because they had lost the use of their dining room but the options were limited and the quality poor, bread generally not fresh. Room was good but the coffee maker didn't work. Reception was cramped and in need of a makeover.

Reserved a room with a kitchen, was told I had to pay extra to use it ($15 a day). Asked to be provided with two plates for take out, was greeted with a snark remark about not getting it myself. Asked to move rooms, was told I had to pay for that. Went to brekky around 940, there was no coffee - told to drink decafe. Brekky was not fresh, stale bread. Room key troubles, had to ask the same attendant twice to help and was met with snotty looks (get off your phone maybe?) Greeted staff at front counter, they literally either said nothing or gumbled a response. For the cost and experience being downtown Victoria, I would go anywhere else if I had to do this trip again.

Foodplace didn’t seem to be good; same type of breakfast on both days, and the chef seemed irritating; stood beside us and stared at what we are taking almost every time; I know you take care of everything is going well but standing so close while someone is taking food seemed really irritating

Lots of restaurants nearby, hotel offers breakfast. Stayed 3 nights, room not made up on 2nd day although out of the room before 1:30, need to consider folks with mobility issues in having higher toilets. Very difficult to use if having problems with knees, etc. toilets way too low. Also consider putting in shower heads that can be replaced with hand held again to accommodate folks that require it.

Love this hotel..lovely staff, feels very comfortable, we are back every year.

Very central location. Close to downtown, shops, cafes, restaurants and tours. We booked a suite for the week and it was perfect. Daily breakfast and coffee available in the lobby.

the make shift breakfast arrangment is not acceptable

The rooms and the facilities were clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We look forward to returning next year.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot was in the middle of a small Reno but handled time very well. Our room had a great view. We will go back
