The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean. I appreciated the microwave and fridge. However, it was on the ground floor and very noisy because of construction right outside m window and a noisy door in the hallway leading to the stairs just past my room. The breakfast room was small and cramped with almost no seating. I chose it for its great location which was close to the inner harbour attractions and shopping.

So happy with our choice to stay here! The staff was so friendly. The room was clean. The underground parking was great. The location was awesome. We spent our first day on a big walk from the hotel stopping at fisherman’s wharf; odgen point; beacon hill; through the neighborhood of heritage homes; lunch downtown, and came back for a big midday nap at our hotel. It was a great location and the room itself was so cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Best room ever! It had a balcony and kitchenette. It was roomy. Loved it!

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, however due to flooding, I could not drive to the front door (fenced off), and the breakfast was served in the lobby with no seating area. There also was no toaster provided. Small things that added up to a less than ideal stay. I also had the room behind the front desk with absolutely no view other than the bushes and construction fencing, but they said it was too full to offer me a better room. I do feel that if the flooding had not occurred, it would have been a good place for the price.

Pretty average hotel, better options for cheaper price in Vic. Construction was ongoing all day which was disruptive but the hotel did provide warning for this. Breakfast room was closed so smaller breakfast area set up in the lobby with no seating. Pictures look like the hotel but are very edited. Could use an interior refresh and some lighting upgrades. Likely wouldn’t stay again.

Despite the Reno going on then a major flood on the second floor , the staff went above and beyond to make our time there a good experience. Kudos to kitchen staff for creating a breakfast area in the lobby at 6 a.m.

I understand occasionally repairs need to be made to properties, but we were only notified of the construction activity in the parking lot about a week before our stay. The construction only really interfered with our stay when it came to entering and exiting the hotel. It wasn't really a problem for us but I could see that some guests could have had trouble with the uneven ground. We only had breakfast once during our stay and it was pretty good, nice and hot. The room was nice and we apprecitated the nice view as well as the balcony. We also liked the fact our beds were made daily without requesting. Overall a comfortable stay.

A worn out property, the shower curtains are torn thr beds are dinky and it just doesn’t feel very welcoming.

This is the worst hotel. Despite the ferry service being suspended due to strong winds and rain in Vancouver, preventing me from entering Victoria, I have to pay all without using any service. If I will go to Victoria agian, I will choose another hotel.

The hotel is generally clean and in a good state of repair. The location is good, easily walkable into town and to buses. There is a lack of facilities at the hotel with nowhere to sit and have a drink in the evening and no dining options apart from breakfast, meaning you have to go out for everything. The rooms are clean and functional, but with dull and dated decor, with poor lighting, meaning they are dark all day. Staff are friendly and helpful, though there are few of them. We wouldn’t stay again.
