The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was quiet, but the facility is outdated and old, although clean.

Not good

The hotel is just fine. No issues. The only two complaints I have can be avoided. I went to the restaurant on my own to bring some food to my room while I worked and 7 chicken wings were 22 dollars. Just wings with no sides. Crazy. The gym has a few rickety machines so not very useful.

Although the property is a bit dated, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly

Didn’t like that I had to wait to get my $300 damage deposit till they looked over the room. And they said I had to be present with the credit card. I get having to put a deposit. However, I would have liked to just leave. I said do all the other hotels do this and the lady said yes, most do. I don’t recall ever having to do this. And what if it’s super busy with checkouts? They make everyone wait? I was fortunate it was a weekday and was slow. I just found this annoying.

Its a nice quiet place to stay and also they welcome you when walk in also really friendly people that work there i recommend others to stay there too

This place is absolutely disgusting. And no one to rectify issues or address. Manager willing to only waive a pet fee for the night but not cancel And give our second night money. I would never stay there again even if monies returned Local homeless stealing and breaking into cars, drink coming and pan handling and constantly harassing g It a filthy establishment with no care

It was nice. My son and I were waiting for my daughter in the lobby because she had to use the bathroom. It was 11pm and we were practically whispering. The woman at the counter says “go to your room. It’s quiet time” lol. Room wasn’t anything spectacular. Won’t stay again. I’m pretty sure they jacked up the price to because of the wildfires and people being evacuated. I paid $254 a night that’s ridiculous. I see now the same room is $169 a night. Good business practice to take advantage of an emergency for your own gain.

The place needs a good maintenance man various things in the room was falling apart even the entrance door. The place smells like smoke

Sketchy and there’s a homeless encampment about 100 feet away. Didn’t have a good sleep considering we had hundreds of thousands worth of stuff on the wildland fire trucks we drove there.
