It’s in a nice location downtown beside the beautiful park. The pool area is clean bright and warm. A real treat in winter.

Pugs in the room and no pug spray, had to change the room middle of the night.

This was a very fancy “feeling” hotel. However sadly the experience didn’t match up with the vibe. The. Breakfasts were lackluster at best. There was no variety. It was the same limited (very limited) choices both mornings. I booked an early check in a week prior to my stay but was informed that it wasn’t available when I showed up with my family. After speaking to someone higher up and showing them the email from their staff they let me check in. So I do appreciate that. The parking at this facility is RIDICULOUS. Friday after there was barely any room. Saturday afternoon there was none. They had some event for the afternoon that meant many hotel patrons had nowhere to park. Finally, the restaurant was booked out for some special event for Saturday afternoon and evening, which meant there was no lunch available and no dinner. However, I wasn’t informed prior to or even at check-in. I feel like this type of information should’ve been sent to people booking for the hotel when they tried to book or after they confirm their booking ahead of time at the very least so alternative plans could be made.

The staff are excellent and the food in the main dining room was very good. Elaine; our waitress was fun and very efficient.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to downtown. Beautiful pool and hot tub next to Spa. Friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous, bright dining room looking out to park. Convenient to have buffet breakfast available for $. Suggestion to have labels for breakfast items..eg Decaf vs non-decaf coffees. Great stay!!

The room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was well informed and friendly. Breakfast was good but temperature of hot food was somewhat inconsistent, not always as hot as I would prefer.

It is a lovely hotel in a wonderful small town. The one and only draw back was that the beds are very soft. Both of us woke with sore backs.

Hotel was wonderful. Rooms clean, bed comfortables and sheets soft. The restaurant was excellent. The location near park and river was beautiful.

Great customer service at check-in. Comfortable room and we were very happy that it was completely quiet. Had a great sleep! The hotel is in a great area which we enjoyed exploring on foot. Enjoyed a fresh hot breakfast!

It’s a wonderful property but they only give out bottled water in the rooms to reward members. You would expect the $1 water bottle to be included with the room for such a nice hotel. Even motels include water. Outside of that, the hotel and staff were fantastic.
