Very convenient hotel for Troyes city centre

Am Wochenende kein Frühstück, obwohl das auf der Buchungsseite versprochen war (sogar inklusive!). Kein Parkplatz, obwohl auch das auf der Buchungsseite versprochen war. Beides waren aber die Hauptgründe für diese Buchung für einen Zwischenstopp. Zudem gibt es am Wochenende keine Besetzung der Rezeption. Der Code für die Hoteltür kam nicht an, sodass wir recht hilflos vor dem verschlossenen Hotel standen. Der Eingangsbereich roch stark nach Füßen. Insgesamt ein nicht zumutbarer Aufenthalt. Zumal die Buchung nicht billig war - und erst recht nicht preiswert

Hotel sympathique et personnel accueillant .A proximité de centre de Troyes . A notre surprise , on rentre de balade et pas de douche .. pas d eau dans la douche….. tout le reste est fonctionnel mais on aurait aimer se doucher et là je ne comprends pas et nous sommes super déçues . Grande déception à notre arrivee de balade et personne a l’accueil pour aller reclamer. Lendemain est un samedi et Perisnnel a l’accueil donc voilà pas de douche … et pas de solution . Dommage et décevant .

Calme la chambre est spacieuse, son emplacement est tout proche du centre-ville, les places de parking dispo à moins de 100 m de l'établissement

Le veilleur de nuit est méprisant, il a besoin d'apprendre à communiquer surtout dans l'hotellerie. D'abord, il faut savoir sourire, même sans parler. C'est la 1ère chose. Les clients ne sont pas à l'hotel pour écouter vos états d'âme et se faire gronder.

Love this place. Had a fan but was very hot in the night. Air conditioning would improve it. Easy walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants.

Der Parkplatz war gut. Als ich allerdings deshalb anrief, sagte die Rezeptionistin, sie spreche kein Englisch und habe gleich Feierabend. Per e- mail lief es besser. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett sehr schmal. Wir haben mehrere schwarze lange Haare im Bad und der Küchenzeile/ Theke gefunden! Hinter dem Schrank war nicht gesaugt. Wir werden dort eher nicht mehr hinfahren.

Great place to stop over for one night.

Great place for a one night stop over in Troyes. Easy walk to city centre and free parking nearby. We have stopped here several times and it’s always clean and comfortable.

Très "kosy", un endroit qui repond vraiment à mes attentes

I arrived at Saturday, when the reception isn't available. Checking in was very strange. I came by car and reserved a parking space. But it was never communicated which parking space I had. Until I got my envelope with a key: it also contains a map of which parking space you have. To get this key you need to get through the front door but the door is locked. The only way to get in is to use a badge, but this badge is available when you get your keys, so I was lucky other guests opened the door to get out...very confusing. I also recommend to not use the shower...after only a short time the whole bathroom-floor is covered by water...explains the fact I was given 6 towels for a 1 night stay. Also explains the fact that there are silverfishes at the entrance. No air conditioning or temperature-regulation: the window was already opened when I entered the studio.

Super accueil et studio propre et confort

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ,schoon, centrum lopend te bereiken. Enige minpunt was dat er geen airco was.

Très bonne étape, bonne situation pour visiter à pied cette belle ville aux maisons à pans de bois. Bonne ambiance le soir.

A little out of town but very walkable in. The property wasn’t great at communicating parking etc before (no weekend responses) but was easy to get in. Also all comms are in French so a little difficult. Great restaurants in walking distance and very easy with the dog.

Ideal stopover and close to all the fantastic sights Troyes has to offer. Couple of niggles- parking was extra (I clearly hadn’t read the info clearly) and it was sooooooo hot in the rooms (naively I thought that this would have been solved since so many people had previously commented on it) Overall, it was good value and well situated.
