Very impressed. Welcome amenities like fruit, specialty coffees and cookies, as well as a dog bed, water bowl and dog treat were appreciated. A hot breakfast with good variety helped us begin our day. Great location. Walkable to many local experiences. Will stay here again when we return to Fernie.

It was clean, beds were comfortable and free breakfast was great. Loved that Boston Pizza was attached and Starbucks was across the parking lot. Pool and hot tubs were nice. Staff ard friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Room was super clean and even on day 2 they cleaned again and refill with new towels. Breakfast service was amazing. Overall my stay was wonderful.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony view of the mountains was perfect, even in the rain it’s covered to enjoy! 15-20min walk to downtown but most things were closed by 5:00. Bummer

Rooms and washrooms were pretty clean and cleaning staff did a great job.

We had a nice stay.

Very nice place for the budget. It was funny that they had an abundance of toilet paper in the room. Four rolls instead of the standard one. Nice fireplace. The only cons which to me were minor were that I found the pillows too soft, the breakfast could have used warming trays, and the pool towels were thin. Other than that, it was great. It was even attached to a restaurant so you didn't have to walk outside which in this case was good because it was raining.

Beautifully mountain location with amenities close by. Room was fantastic except for one small flaw being a lack of pillow selection. Lots of fat pillows that makes sleeping uncomfortable, they should include at least one skinnier pillow to coose from.

I had a good stay, the breakfast staff were very friendly & gave great service.

Room was spacious and very clean. Full complimentary breakfast was good. Having a full service Nespresso machine in the lobby was a wonderful surprise. Hot fresh beverages on demand was a welcome treat.

While driving up to Alberta from the US, we often stay at this particular hotel. It is always consistently clean, staff is always professional, and the accommodations are always on point. Highly recommend.
