Room was freezing when we got into it, 56F and heater in off mode. Took a good hour plus to warm up the room. Tub wouldn’t drain while showering. Cable box was unplugged and had to wait to boot up. No mat at room door for winter boots (snow right outside door) with vinyl plank floor (had to use bath towel for wet boots)

Staff okay but breakfast was not good. Shampoo and other things are almost empty…

It was as it supposed to be for very reasonable price.

My vehicle was burgled, and valuable documents and cards, along with my bag, were stolen

pretty clean & great value staff were nice. they deactivate the room cards 30 mins before check out time which was a little bit of a hastle but otherwise the rooms were impressively clean. furthermore, the room was super hot but we cranked the ac too cool it off. Impressively clean rooms.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Many restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Hinton.

Quick check in no wait ,room was clean and spacious .We slept well because of comfy mattraces.Properly kept so clean.Breakfast had a variety of food including eggs beans coffee muffin bagels waffels.Enough to eat.Morning shift girl was so polite.
