Great location to the event that we were attending a very clean and well maintained. I liked the pool area as well as the continental breakfast. They had great variety.

Room was awesome not only clean but smelled clean as. Jacuzzi was a bit small for two people but was still great. Breakfast was nice with a bit of a variety.

Clean room. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Pool area cleanly, but small. Gym area cleanly but very small. Breakfast lacked variety for anyone with gluten intolerances, but was otherwise edible.

Two us (me and my grandson) forgot our bathing suits so were not able to use the pool/hot tub. I'm 77--he has no excuse. The staff were excellent. The breakfast superb. The TV didn't work so we gave the amenities a 4.

Breakfast comes with the cost of the room. It was ok.

Confusion with the booking (that was arranged by staff) almost had to leave a day early. Staff on phones and slouching at the front desk... But a highlight was the breakfast quality... Wow.

I will never stay at best western again and i personally hope you are removed from expedia so ppl cannot use visa debits and book to just be told they cannot and be treated as a second class citizen.
