Great stay, clean room.

Clean room. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Easy parking. Breakfast included. A great stay!

Room was clean, beds comfy, the hotel staff were friendly.

Breakfast food was terrible. Old and stale bread plus oatmeal was dried out, stuck to the sides of the pan and crushed on top.

We were not allowed to check in because we are residents of Kamloops. I have never heard of this policy before and we are very disappointed.

Great hotel, exceptionally clean, very friendly front end staff. Check in was a breeze. Maddy(ie) forgive the incorrect spelling was bright and cheerful. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

Don’t book this hotel if you live in Kamloops, they don’t allow guests that live in town. So if you’re thinking a staycation for yourself, look somewhere else

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. This is definitely worth the stay! Staff were exceptional!

I didn’t like the fact that I was told by front desk on arrival that there was a fee of $30 for early “ check in” which I required after travelling in from Surrey to attend my Sister’s 90th birthday luncheon. I needed to change from my travelling outfit to the clothes I brought to attend the luncheon. After discussing this fee with those at the luncheon, a lot of them who travel frequently said they never heard of such nonsense and have checked in at hotels earlier than 4:00 and were never told there would be an extra fee for checking in earlier. I also did not like the TV service!!! Would have been nice to turn the TV on and select channels like our normal TV. I also didn’t like the TV,
