Family loves staying there on our travels through

The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. Front desk shrugged off my complaint. The next day I was on the hours-long hike that we had travelled to Kamloops for hours into the desert, when I receive a call from said front desk lady. There was an error with our booking and we had planned to stay one extra night. The front desk clerk said that we had 10 minutes to come and get our belongings as checkout was at 11:00 a.m. And it was now 1. I stated that there was an error with booking and that we had planned on staying an extra night with the discount we had found on Expedia. If the clerk said that it was impossible to book it for that price and was trying to charge us over $200 more than the day that we had expected to book. And gave us the option of coming to grab our stuff within the 10 minutes, knowing that I was hours into my hike or she "Might" have to charge us for the night. I asked for a second to discuss with my husband and tried to call back and no one would answer moments later. We tried several times and ended up having to call best Western head office to sort it out so we wouldn't be charged. When we came back the clerk laughed at us!

Lovely and large room. Staff were able to accommodate both gluten free and vegetarian breakfast requests.

Clean room wonderful helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily stay return. from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and both check in and check out were smooth and stress free. Our room was spotless,with a comfortable bed and the entire hotel maintained that same standard of cleanliness throughout. Overall a fantastic stay with excellent service. Highly recommend .

Very clean room. Breakfast was disappointing. Not up to the usual Best Western standards.

Room was clean. Pool floor needed to be cleaned, hottub was perfect temperature. Breakfast had good variety, and offered some gluten free choices.

Everything was bad, room was extremely dirty, dusty, greasy, hair on beds, leftover food from other people in the fridge, no toilet paper, not enough towels.... Even the coffee machine was extremely bad, the filter properly wasn't changed for very long time like the rest. Only positive was the night shift front desk staff, who were friendly, that's it.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. Hotel room was large, modern and comfortable. The free coffee machine and tea in lobby area was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again

Free EV charging is a big PLUS! It has both a Tesla one and a non-Tesla one. The pet-friendly room are specious! And our two dogs also had a great time there!
