No hot water for 3 days. Had to find another hotel for the last day

Although there are signs of renovation and we could see they are trying, they still have a way to go. The curtains did not even remotely keep out the light, the TV wasn't getting a signal, there was no electric outlet in the bathroom and I had to move the mattress to get to an outlet to charge my phone. My bathroom had new tile but my son’s room did not and it was very dirty looking. The bathroom is so small, the toilet roll holder was pressed into my side. All that said, it is an historic inn, so renovation options may be limited. And they are trying with water and snacks in the room, great towels and tasteful decorations.

Very cute clean comfortable room that lots of thought went into decorating! The front desk folks were super nice too and it's in a relatively quiet part of downtown. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay and would recommend it.

I was there only one night. It was old but clean enough. The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked, microwave. And safe neighborhood. The police is across the street. Busy road though.

Front desk was super helpful, room was cozy and clean, great tv and comfy bed. Can’t beat it for the price!

This is a friendly little spot a few blocks from downtown Ocala. If you like a small independent Motel, Shamrock Cove Inn is perfect for a quick stopover; simple and comfortable it had everything we needed.

Super clean and comfortable. Also worry. Walking distance to several pubs and restaurants.

The property is well maintained. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because there is no cold water, at least not in our room. There is hot water, which was scolding no matter what. Great for the shower, but not the sink. Otherwise, I would consider visiting again next time I’m up there.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

20 years ago the Shamrock Cove Inn might have been campy and retro. Today it is a decrepit dump with small rooms, cracked and dirty floors, and bathrooms with cracked tiles and fixtures that need repair. The only thing to recommend it is its proximity to downtown Ocala. Do yourself a favor and find a decent motel and drive the increased distance to downtown Ocala.

Great location and really soft bed. Front desk was helpful during my stay.

the room was clean but a paint job would brighten it up. The shower had good pressure and on a price value level, it was perfect as I was there for a quick night to sleep before travelling to my ultimate destination. I would stay there again. The manager was pleasant and helpful.

Enjoyed being able to park right in front of my room. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent
