I liked how it was close to everything in town, just walk out onto the street. It is very convenient with a resturant and everything I needed. There is also a postshop in walking distance. You don’t have to walk far for walking tracks.

Great property, we arrived early but allowed access to room so we could leave our bags. Great to have use of a magnifying mirror in bathroom. Awesome time Thank you

Good. But you should check in before 9PM.

Historical shouldn't mean old and fithy. The staff were helpful and the restaurant good but the accommodations were terrible. The carpet looked 30 years old with huge stains and the bed was low and lumpy with no headboard. All the rooms overlooked the commercial trash and grease bins.

Adresse dans le centre historique d'arrowtown, sympa et calme pour une soiree. Accueil moyen au bar. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre toute équipée a l'étage avec salle de bain séparée, parfait ! Une petite remise au gout du jour serait nécessaire mais cela fait l'affaire. Nous n'avons pas diner au pub brasserie. Rapport qualité prix moyen

Very clean and quite even though it’s in the town centre Staff excellent. Should mention you have stairs to climb.

The room basic but comfortable ,the carpet could do with a clean otherwise quite happy .guests get 10% off drinks and food in the pub which is a bonus.

Great location and affordable in the heart of Arrowtown. While the room we had was dated, it was clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning to cool the room down on a hot night. The desknfan provided was noisy and inadequate for how hot it was.

Personnel très sympa. Petite frayeur au départ, car pas retrouvé ma réservation. Montré le N° de celle-ci pour avoir ma chambre. Hôtel vieillot mais convenable. 2 points positifs : en plein centre de la ville, et fait restaurant et bar. Parking gratuit à 100 mètres.

Looked out window and you could see the trees and snow capped mountains. Very pretty.

Quick easy check in prosess conveniently situated in the heart of arrowtown perfect for short walks to restaurants. Rooms are in need of an up grade but all i needed was a clean bed and shower and thats exacly what i got

Town was really cool to walk through, good coffee/breakfast options, good lunch options, good dinner options. Good shops to check out and explore. Everyone was nice and will definitely go back for another visit.

Enjoy staying at this venue, very friendly staff and great food.

No microwave and thick blanket for such weather conditions

Not the fault of the hotel but totally disappointed in hotels.com

Had all we needed but was a bit noisy. Handy location.
