Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The air conditioning upstairs was also very average and struggled to cool the space properly. Overall, it felt like false advertising, as the online photos do not reflect the current state of the property at all. We wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend it unless significant improvements and updates are made.

We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the size and amenities included with two ensuite bathrooms. Its spacious, a short walk to the heart of Mandurah & you have your own single garage space. Downside is that reception is at another location to pick up keys & if you have heavy bags you need to lift them up 1-2 flight of stairs (it is two storey). If you cannot walk up the stairs, don't stay here. The swimming pool is freezing in winter even though it says its heated! Despite that, I highly recommend this place for a nice family getaway.

What a nightmare, travel to find the keys, no Recpetion on site, returning the keys 1st call was to a paddock Ring them again for the correct instructions. 1 tv channel seriosly

When you go to the venue, the message on the locked gate takes you to a complete different location. When we drove there, managed to park the car and went in, we were told the keys are not there and had to go to another venue. When we went to leave no one answered my calls to where to leave the keys brcause the address given in the paperwork is the incorrect location. And we couldn’t leave them at the venue as the gates to leave required the keys Its a bloody mess !

Last minute gettaway and did not disappoint beautiful apartments lots of room , comfy beds , great pool area & secure complex with a friendly check in . Will def stay again

Great location, terrific pool area. Parking a bit of a challenge if you have a larger sedan/wagon or a 4wd, and there are no spare bays available. The townhouse has a great layout, good sized kitchen with everything you’d need, dining table presumably with chairs for the number of people staying, (we were 3 so that’s all the chairs that were around the table) spacious bedrooms, good air cons on both levels, 2 bathrooms, and a powder room off the laundry, balcony with bbq and seating. We had a small problem which was sorted out as best as possible given the time frame and which by all accounts is not likely to be a future problem. If you can’t walk up stairs easily, this is not the spot for you. Place could do with a couple of maintenance touch ups here and there but overall very comfortable.

The property is located in a gated complex of townhouses, making it extra safe for families with kids. Our townhouse was clean and we had most of the things we needed. Additional cleaning items would have been appreciated. It's quite dark inside which would be easily fixed with stronger lightglobes and better blinds. We were disappointed the pool and spa were not adequately heated (supposedly solar heated) making it too cold to get in. Overall, a really nice place to stay. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and super friendly.

A heated spa would've been excellent because the temperature of the water was for kids to brave only :)

Nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Would be nice if a door mat is provided, especially during winter.

Liked the spa, was right on the road too noisy the traffic, too many stairs

Spacious rooms. Convenient to harbor and restaurants. Be aware that key pickup is off site, a 5 minute drive to the office.

Pool area was lovely- air con upstairs was not effective
