Comfortable spacious room, nice pool.

No staff on-site, room was so dirty and everything covered in dust. Had to wash dust, dead insects and other peoples hair from the spa before using it. Was fairly quiet. Was disappointed that the light outside my room didnt work as it was pitch black as i was down the end of a walkway.

We had a wonderful stay and genuinely could not fault it. The space itself is beautiful, comfortable, and located so conveniently within the town. Everything felt close and easy to access which made the whole stay very relaxing. We also had a dedicated car spot out front. Check in was incredibly simple and seamless which made arriving stress free. The place was spotless throughout our stay and we really appreciated having fresh towels provided daily. The beds were comfortable with lovely soft bedding that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. A huge highlight for me was the new air conditioning. It worked perfectly and made the space so comfortable, especially on warmer days! Overall this place is convenient, easy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We had such a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!!

Stayed at Australian Settlers Motel and had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything you need for a short stay. It was quiet, good value for money, and easy check-in made things simple. Overall a solid, no-stress stay and I’d happily stay here again.

No milk for t or coffee Booking on was a challenge. Paper cups.

The rooms were spotless. No staff members except for daily cleaning lady. The family suite contains two separate rooms with 1 Queen size bed in the main room and 3 singles beds in the second room. Great for family short stays! One TV set in each bedroom. Very friendly cleaning lady.

Room is a little dated, but everything was really good.

We were very pleased with the property. Clean, surprisingly spacious and in an excellent and covenient location. We will definitely stay there again, next time we're in Swan Hill.

easy short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants

Room was Ok bed to soft. Was Sent a msg on Saturday to ring the reception for a credit card / saftey security, which said to ring Mon to Fri & the room was booked for Sunday? then got a phone call whilst driving and the person was quite forceful about getting a credit card on file. The staff sent me an sms on Friday for Breakfast times & cost , maybee compn sense should have been to ask us to ring them then.

Nice room, clean,good WiFi and all facilities worked ok. Howevejr, the bed had only a doona on it mor suited to Antarctica. We had a very disturbed sleep due the heat of the doona. It would have been better if there was the choice of blankets as well. Putting doonas on beds is not customer focused.

Very clean and comfortable

Spa room was well equipped, comfortable and, being tucked away at rear of property, was quietly located. Staffless check in was easy but lacks the human touch which is important in the hospitality business. Easy walk to cafes and shopping was a bonus.

Very spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. The only issue was the shower head which was splurting water everywhere, and noisy neighbours particularly on a Saturday night. Very happy with the accommodation, would definitely stay again.
