Manager of the property was Lovely. Window air con was really noisy.

I know this motel is not very premium but the receptionist Is super friendly.

Helpful staff

The staff are very friendly. And facilities very clean. You can see the new owners are working hard to upgrade the amenities. All the best to the new job on your hands. Would stay again.

Terrible

Mould all over the bathroom walls and the room was so filthy. We got moved to another room which was slightly cleaner. After a long flight we decided to just sleep. We left the next day and requested a refund. People drinking and partying next door at 10am! Do NOT recommend

This place is gross! Pay extra stay somewhere else. It smells like mould and BO. It’s dirty and unclean. The pool is green. I was too scared to sleep in the bed so I slept on top. Don’t stay here!!!

Very outdated and ran down. Smoke detector was held together with zip ties as well as the tv on the stand. Bathroom every morning was full of ants

the beds were comfortable, that's about all. There was only 1 glass int he cupboard and no staff to request a second glass. All the window sill were dusty. There was no security screen on the bathroom window. We did not shower as the Lino on the show floor had come loose from the wall, and it was dirty. Although it advertised a playground, the swings were broken. The pool was dirty and half full.

Cockroaches, Termittes, dirty utensils, Staff not manning office had to wait 10 mins for him to come back at check in, had to leave early due to flooding crisis booked 3 nights only stayed one night. Wont be staying here anytime soon I DO NOT RECOMEND

The mold in the room

Property was awful from the beginning. Broken window out the front, dirty stained carpet in the entrance, curtain all ripped, aircon falling off the wall where it was held on by tape, fluffy white mould in the microwave, chewed hole in the carpet, blood stain on the doona cover, mouldy shower curtain, bed hard as a rock. Didn’t like anything about it.

Very dirty, had no cutlery, when asked they couldn't even find us forks.

I found this motel to be comfortable, clean and inexpensive. It is an aged motel that could use a reno but it served me well and I was able to walk into town and enjoyed my stay. The WiFi didn't work but I was advised this could be the case. I would go back again.

Located in a good location but property needs some upkeep.

It would be a great property if they cleaned it up and done it up a bit Quiet and lovely room

The people who were next to my room parked over the line so I could barely squeeze my car in. Not ideal when you have a hire car. When I arrived and until after midnight two males sat outside my room smoking and drinking booze. At one stage they were playkng very loud music. It would have been nice to get more than 6 hours sleep.

Beds are rough as so uncomfortable woke up with sore backs everyday
