Parking safe, wifi good and clean renovated room & toilet/shower

Plus points -Stayed for 1 night on. Monday . Great spacious parking beside the units and very easily accessible with a couple of charging points for electric cars . Room 1was clean , bright and modern . Close to beach , shops and eating places . Graze restaurant on side of car park but note it's closed on a Monday . Advisory points - Bathroom sink cracked , loo paper ultra thin , staffed on very restricted times but are available to speak to on phone if needed. Majority of eating places closed at 8pm

Shower took forever to get warm, cracked bathroom sink, strange checkin procedure. Key left in an envelope by back door but I didn’t see it at first. No reception and spent time walking around trying to figure out how to check in. Also back door not locked. Just room. Didn’t feel as secure as typical hotel.

Room very small. And not convenient to loading and unloading luggage.

Absolutely disgusting, nothing like the photos. Refused to stay here and had to find alternate accommodation. They refused to give a refund

Self check in. Communication was good. Room average but had been renovated. Sea view room however street light directly in front of window. Not the hotels issue just an FYI for travellers. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars.

It was functional, convenient and had everything you needed. Only thing was you need to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs

The room was clean and well equiped, however the shower was broken and it was a but noisy in the corredor and outside, we could hear it from the room. Apart of it, it was very nice room, I would come back to it if I am ever in this area again.

Faulty TV which was not resolved.Entry door was not secure.Should be a lift to gain entry with heavy suitcases instead of having to lug them up two sets of stairs.Very noisy from the business underneath cooling fans.

From the outside, it looked like it might star in a retro horror film called Motel Misery. BUT—big but here—the moment we stepped inside, all our fears vanished faster than free Wi-Fi on a family road trip. The rooms? Spotless. Clean, comfy beds that didn’t feel like they were borrowed from a 1980s hospital ward. The bathrooms had clearly been updated a few years ago and were sparkling, well-stocked, and honestly better than a lot of big-name hotels we’ve stayed at. Housekeeping? Absolute legends. Friendly, cheerful, and definitely doing a great job. We saw a previous review bizarrely commenting on someone's race—seriously? If you're rating people based on their ethnicity instead of service, maybe you're the problem. Just saying. Check-in and check-out were smoother than a coastal breeze—grabbed our keys from the holder and dropped them in the box on the way out. No fuss, no queues, no awkward small talk. Each room had the usual tea, coffee, and creamer setup (though we didn’t use it, because we were too busy running around town and stuffing our faces). We had two rooms for our group, and everyone was pleasantly surprised—yes, even the picky one. And the location? Prime.
