Check in was efficient. Breakfast was decent. Pool was quite cold. Hallways were dirty and not vacuumed during our 2 night stay. Main floor restrooms out of paper and not refilled over a day even when we notified staff. Bedding was stained. Room amenities were decent. For an older hotel it was decently maintained but could be kept cleaner.

I wished the room was bigger. No towels at the pool so had to get more towels for the room. Breakfast was mediocore. Would stay again in a pinch but otherwose not again

I had a wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing. Sid on the night shift was absolutely off the chain! And did whatever they could bending over backwards to help me as a disabled person. It is an amazing place!

Ended up checking in late. Staff was very kind and efficient checking us in. Parking was full and helped find a spot for the night. Check out staff was very friendly and got it done efficiently.

Staff was great

Front desk wasn’t staffed when I arrived. There was one person ahead of me who stated she’d been waiting for about 10 mins. I began searching for a staff person and found several housekeeping staff…unfortunately none of them spoke English. I went to the second floor and found more housekeeping staff. One was able to get me to a person who spoke English and he went down to the front desk with me and started getting us checked in. The halls were very dirty. The room was pretty clean minus the mirrors and fingerprints on wood surfaces. The bathtub/shower had mold in the caulking around the tub and the shower liner was moldy at the bottom. They did have a SmartTv and Netflix! The language preference was set to Spanish. We were able to get it changed and having Netflix was a nice surprise.

It was awesome. I got bigger room, not quite a suite. It was great. The biggest complaint is their tv situation sucked. I don't really know what they had, it wast dish or direct or cable but it sucked hardcore

It was horrible the worst hotel stay I've ever had the stuff when I got there was rude they were short the first room that they gave me hadn't even been cleaned yet I had to go check into another one got into the second room I had three grandbabies with me and I'm 15 years old finally had to have them come and sign into the Wi-Fi part of that might have been my fault but nonetheless I had to demand him from singing the microwave almost caught fire Sparks flame had to have the night stuff coming unplug it and take it out of the room so my grandchildren feel like they were safe they were scared to death then this morning when I went to let the morning stuff no that I was going to be a little late checking out he was rude again didn't apologize about the microwave the room nothing told me 11:00 with it there was no wiggle room I had to yell very rude it was horrible I don't even know what else to say

What appeared to be feces was smeared on the bathroom floor and walls, and on bedroom furniture -pictures available. The rear parking entrance door was not functioning causing me to have to walk around the building at night. The front desk staff admitted that they had disabled the back door swipe due to illegal activity ie prostitution coming from the back parking lot. When I notified the staff of the Dirty room, they apologized. Breakfast food was subpar. A partial refund would be appreciated.
