This boutique hotel was an absolute gem! Great location in the center of Lisbon, steps away from a metro station. The staff was attentive, friendly, helpful, polite, and accommodating in every way. Our room was super clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Bathroom toiletries were provided (along with bathrobes and slippers). Antonio graciously greeted us upon our arrival with cookies and glasses of champagne. The front desk attendant made an excellent suggestion for brunch (a restaurant called Manifest, which is right around the corner from the hotel, highly recommend!). Last but certainly not least, THE ROOFTOP BAR!!! Seriously has got to be the best view of Lisbon! Beautiful!

Amazing staff and customer service! The hotel is simple, elegant and clean. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he treated us like royalty and gave us sparkling wine and pastries when we came in, he made us feel so special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Welcoming and friendly staff. Quiet and nice ambience. The hotel's decor is beautiful, and the rooms are no exception. They are also spacious with a nice bathroom. The bed is large and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and the waiters are welcoming and warm, like the rest of the hotel staff. We were lucky enough to enjoy dinner with talented musicians who performed fado. We did not take advantage of sitting down for a drink, given our limited time in Lisbon, but the bar area was very nice. Will visit again.
