No prior warning about rooftop pool unavailability but offered free lido passes as an alternative. Well placed for transport links TD3 airport bus and Sliema ferry.lots of eateries within 2 minute walk. Rooms modern and well equipped with charging points and good lighting.

Grande chambre familiale, bien équipée même si très simple, terrasse dispo mais un à la vue de tous donc pas utilisée. Problème de réseau sur la télévision de temps en temps, et impossible d'allumer la clim car appareil seulement réglé sur en mode chauffage pour tout l'hôtel en periode d'hiver, ce qui est incompréhensible pour un pays comme Malte oui il peut faire plutot chaud même à cettr période.. Enfin, l'hotêl vente la présence d'une belle piscine en rooftop mais celle-ci n'est pas dans le même bâtiment, c'est à quelques minutes a pied, il faut réserver en avance., et en hiver en tout cas c'est ouvert jusqu'à 18h seulement vu que c'est en exterieur. Malgré cela, le personnel etait agréable et réactif en cas de besoin.

Goede en ruime kamer Minpunt was de douche. Na elkaar douchen kon helaas niet. De 2e had dan lauw tot koud water en weinig water

I was really looking forward to staying here but I ended up moving hotels after first night. I arrived just past midnight & checked in easily, my room was very hot/humid when I arrived & the aircon wasn’t working, I contacted reception who came up & looked at it & then told me it’s centralised & during winter it blows hot air which can’t be changed. He then told me to sleep with the balcony door open if I wanted it to be cooler - couple off issues with this 1. noise 2. insects 3. safety (I was travelling solo). I had an awful nights sleep & I eventually drifted off & after 1 hour woken up at 7am by the neighbouring rooms extractor fan/shower. I spoke with girl on reception (who I can’t fault) & she advised that aircon can’t be amended but moved me to a different (smaller) room to see it if makes a difference. My new room, granted was a little bit cooler, stank of damp & I was unable to turn off the very loud extractor fan in bathroom. I could hear peoples phones in other rooms pinging & people moving about outside. There was also no mirror. I had to make choice between moving rooms again or booking a different hotel, as the day (which was my birthday) was getting on chose the latter. I didn’t want to get a new room to then feel uncomfortable again. I advised receptionist as I left of issues with new room. It was best decision I made (despite not getting a refund) as I felt so much more comfortable & enjoyed rest of my birthday trip. The rooms were clean & staff were friendly.

Almost everything was excellent except the cable for the TV was not connected. It took 3 days to fix but unsuccessful. We were upgraded to a SUITE, though.

The room was clean and quiet. I was there in late November, so that might have helped with the quiet. Great location near food, shopping, and transportation. Kettle with tea and coffee in room. The cons were that the advertised pools and hot tubs are at a third party location down the street, with limited hours (closed at 18:00 while I was there). The only pool at this location is on the rooftop and very small. There is construction on the building across the road all day, but they were quiet at night.

Staff were lovely but hotel is very much in a back lane compared yo images online portraying a poolside view which is a seperate place. Plus walls are paper thing and therefore area is loud so barely slept through a night

Trevlig personal i receptionen. Bra med tillgång till pool och solstolar vid Aqua Luna. Byggarbete tvärs över vägen störde morgonsömnen något.
