Staff were nice, breakfast was good. Pull out couch lacked any sort of padding, could feel every spring. Will get two doubles next time for the kids. Hockey/cheer parents park like animals and it’s a bit tough to get a spot in this snow.

Staff and breakfast were great. Pool was gross and there is no hot tub anymore as the picture on the website shows. Hotel is run down and room wasn't the cleanest. Everything was lackluster, especially for the price! I won't stay here again

I was very impressed with the inclusion of gluten-free breads as well as higher quality Greek yogurt. The baked goods and fruit were fresh. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

Our stay started off fabulous. We arrived several hours earlier than check-in. The front desk clerk was able to check us in early and also provided us with a ground floor room right near a side exit. This made travelling with my service dog much more comfortable and was very appreciated. The Common areas of the hotel were very clean and nice. Unfortunately, things changed once we entered our room. The bathroom had many issues which fall far below the Marriott standard and likely even public health standards. The walk-in shower was full of black mold, mailed you, and grime. The caulking around the bottom edge appeared to be slapped on with a popsicle stick, and was certainly not done by any level of professional. This created all sorts of habitats for the mould and mildew and looked extremely unprofessional. The bathroom sink pipes were clogged, and the sink took approximately eight minutes to drain. Even the toilet paper was substandard. It was very sheer and rough. Moving to the main area of the room we were very disappointed by the quality of the bed and pillows. The bed was very hard and had some sort of covering on it, which created a surprisingly loud noise every time somebody moved. The pillows were old and full of lumps. The blackout drapes had holes in them, and the wall heater was so loud. It disrupted our sleep throughout the night. The casing on the heater was cracked and broken. It appears that somebody in the past did try to crazy glue it together. See photos.

The breakfast menu was decent. Loved the healthy options. Fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff was exceptional. We arrived early, our flight was an early morning arrival, after a snowy drive we arrived at 9 AM, they were able to have a room ready for us at 10AM. The cleaning lady was amazing. Very friendly and went above and beyond to have this room ready. Offered the breakfast when we got there as we knew there would be a wait. The front counter staff were also very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Parts of the room were truly being held together with duct tape. The parking lot was too small for the amount of guests and when we arrived there was no parking.

The hotel was satisfactory. It Is smaller than it looked on the website, and the rooms were small. I think there needs to be some more attention to maintenance tho, the room we stayed in had an odour to it, the curtains were ripped, and the bathroom shower door was sticking badly, along with dirty discoloured caulking along the bottom. I think this hotel is satisfactory for 1-2 people that just need lodging overnight. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of selection.

We stayed for a hockey tournament and we enjoyed the breakfast and the stay.
