โรงแรมต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น พนักงานให้บริการดีเยี่ยม พาไปแนะนำที่ต่างๆ สถานที่ใกล้เเหล่งท่องเที่ยวจุดสำคัญ แต่ละที่เดินไม่ไกล บรรยากาศดีมาก อากาศบนอาลีซานก็ดีมาก เช้าๆจะหนาวมาก ต้องเตรียมเสื้อผ้าให้อุ่นพอ อยู่บนนั้นอากาศตอนเช้าประมาณ 5-10 องศาเซลเซียส (เมษายน) ขณะที่ลงมาจากเขา อยู่ที่ 25-30 องศาเซลเซียส มีบริการขายตั๋วนำเที่ยวชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นตอนเช้าที่โรงแรม ตัองซื้อที่ Lobby ก่อน 5 โมงเย็น ตอนเช้าโรงแรมจะ Morning Call ประมาณ ตี 4.50 น.ให้เรามาขึ้น รถตู้ที่หน้าโรงแรม รถจะออก 5.20 น.คนขับจะขับพาไปจุดชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น ส่งถึงที่เลย สะดวกมาก โดยไม่ต้องตื่นเช้ามากๆมาขึ้นรถไฟ หลังจากดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นเสร็จ ก็พาไปชมต้นไม้ใหญ่ อายุ 2,700 ปี และจุดชมวิวอื่นๆ คนขับชี้ให้ดูสัตว์ที่อยู่ข้างทาง เช่น ไก่ฟ้า ฝูงลิงต่างๆ เช้าๆมีหมอกลง สวยมากๆ เหมือนอยู่บนสวรรค์

Food selection was great. The hotel provided transportation from the visitor center and train station to the hotel and its easy to schedule. Highly recommend this hotel when you visit this area.

入住时间比较晚下午4点。3点到宾馆也不会让住客提前checkin. 住宿条件和房价不符。房价高只是因为它的地理条件。

The view and the vibe were amazing because of the extraordinary location, and the shuttle service was great too. But it's really pricey for the quality of food and room. Bedding was ok, and it was generally clean in the room. However, the room really needed some renovations. The furniture, especially the wooden parts, looked old with scratches on. The dinner and breakfast buffet were fine, not many options though. The dining hall was also dated and old-fashioned, most importantly our breakfast table felt sticky and not very clean. At such a high price, we expect better, but it's probably the case when it's located in such protected national reserve.

阿里山賓館堪稱是阿里山森林國家公園裡最優秀的飯店，或許是人力、財力的不足，還是市場缺乏競爭力，導致設施老舊急需更新，餐廳提供的餐點，菜色一般、種類偏少，極需要加強，要不然對不起這個收費。

Conveniently located and comfortable rooms. Alishan is beautiful and very walkable from this hotel. However, given high cost of stay, front desk could be more accommodating to international travelers in explaining that there is no direct transportation from outside the park to the hotel and other important information.

Friendly staff and convenient location in Alishan National Park. Breakfast and dinner were good with many options.
