Grand view of the lake from your room. Big breakfast. Not far from the train station. The hotel provides bicycle for touring around. There is a pick-up and drop-off service from the train station. Definitely worth the money and will come back to stay at Waldhaus Am See.

The hotel is amazing. Location in front of the lake 10/10. The staff was soo good. luis at the bar 1000/10. We didn’t know how to turn off the stractor and a staff was in our room in 2 minutes. Super great experience

Great hotel. Great position

Fiquei num quarto familia, para 4 pessoas. Visto total para as montanhas congeladas. O lago congelado logo ao lado foi exelente para crianças (muito melhor do que ficar exatamente no centro). E a caminha até o centro era tranquila, mesmo no frio! Amei a estadia, localização, atendimento (vários portugueses super simpáticos). Nota 1.000!

スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応していただき、少し日本語も話していただいたのでとても安心しました。 部屋はとてもキレイで暖かくバスタブもついていました。 1泊しかしなかったのですが、もっと連泊すべきでした。ホテルが素晴らしすぎて妻はここにあと1週間いると言っていました笑

Great until the last hour. We reserved the hotel to train station shuttle then the driver had to apparently do something else which meant he arrived back 15 minutes later and needed his mandatory lunch break. They arranged a taxi for us but that resulted in a 25 minute delay. No apology at all. As a result, we missed our appointment in town.

Great hotel. Great location great service.

Room was disappointing as although it was an attic room, after dark the lighting was poor in the bed end and there was little room to walk round the bed. Definitely not as bright as the picture in the website. No lift to attic floor and hand rail up narrow stairs not very solid. Service was sporadic during dinner. Check in was just average. Check out much better.

Lovely property overlooking the lake. Outstanding staff and service. Room was a decent size and immaculate. Small spa free to use was a delightful surprise. One note- this property is not “in” the heart of the St. Mortiz city center… it’s on the other side of the lake, which is small but a bit of a walk and in the winter….. ooooh it’s cold! Regardless, we loved the property so much we would definitely book here again. The views are stunning.

Great stay with spectacular views and breakfast!

Great location beside the lake and five minutes to the station. Great views of the town and lake. Relatively expensive, but what do you expect, this is St Moritz. Excellent breakfast. Room was fine. Lighting in the room could be improved. Subdued lighting is Ok for a romantic restaurant but not when you’re packing your bag and you need to find a missing pair of socks. Staff on Reception were helpful. The guy on the bar with the fancy moustache was hopeless, far too slow. He was more interested in chatting to a couple of women at the bar from the US. Perhaps it was the prospect of a tip? Anyway, no coffee for us which was unfortunate.
