The area is great and safe. The beach is beautiful and clean. The staff was good, the breakfast was good. However, the name and address on my paperwork was completely wrong. The furniture has seen better days. The sofa looks dingy.

We had a nice stay overall, especially as a family with children. The heated pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The location is also a big advantage, with very easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the children’s activity programme. The staff member in charge was very enthusiastic and engaged well with the kids, which made a great impression on us. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the towels also had an odour, which affected our experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for families, but some improvements in cleanliness would make the stay much better.

Solides Hotel in guter Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Direkt an der Straße gelegen, daher am besten ein Zimmer Richtung Pool wählen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, sauber und funktional, mit kleiner Küchenzeile und ausreichend großem Kühlschrank. Das Essen bei Halbpension war überraschend gut und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt auch einen Kids Club, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Insgesamt ein praktisches und angenehmes Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Alcudia.

Very friendly staff throughout, pool, sauna and spa facilities great my better half said. Just round the corner to the beach but the two pools and plenty of loungers were also an option. Parking was plentiful but it's not on-site, it's street parking. My only gripe was apartment doors didn't have slow/soft closers so everyone seemed to slam their doors shut and children running, screaming & crying up and down the corridor often (not the hotel's fault this bit mind but some signs or comments to people on check in to be considerate).

Hotel was not what it seemed in the photos. Pool only open for a couple hours a day, pool opens extremely late and closes extremely early. No ability to get coffee in the morning. They never serviced room or replenished towels. No Tissues in the room. Uncomfortable beds. Limited hours for breakfast/lunch. Way too many children. Awful, loud children music and activities in the evening. Never replenished water in the room. Not close to many restaurants.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. El hotel es tranquilo y no está demasiado lleno. El spa también es muy agradable.

Climatisation quasi hors service, elle ne raffraichie pas du tout, du mal a dormir à cause de la chaleur, pour information dans les appartements 4 personnes, il y a deux canapés dans le salon qui font office de lit (ne se déplie pas). Heureusement que l'accueil de nuit a été très chaleureux ce qui remonte le niveau

Hotellet er av litt eldre standard, men har nok gjort oppgradering av rom og enkelte områder i ettertid. Rommet var helt supert for oss, da vi hadde eget soverom til oss og sovesofaer til barna. Komfortable senger. Bra aircondition. Bra renhold på rommene. Balkong med utsikt mot basseng/sjø var supert, da kunne man også se show om kvelden fra balkongen. Så mange gode aktivitetstilbud for barn og ungdom ila dagen, og også noe for voksne i regi av egne ansatte. Dette var helt supert for gutter på 10 og 13 år. Litt irriterende at man måtte reserve solseng fordi det ble fort fullt, men bassenget/reservering åpnet heldigvis ikke før kl09. Stranden er rett ved. Frokostbuffeten var en hit for barna, og det var et bra utvalg for en god frokost. Lunsjtilbudet i poolbaren var også bra. Mye restauranter i nærområdet bare 5-15 min å gå. Vi leide ikke håndklær på hotellet til basseng/strand da vi synes dette ble unødvendig dyrt, men hadde med egne. Tørkestativ på verandaen - så det var ikke noe problem! Hyggelig og imøtekommende ansatte.

The hotel has a spot on location. Near shops and subway. The staff was really friendly and the room was nice. We upgraded the room to a signature room because I need a good bed. The bed in the room was the worse bed I ever had in my life. I have travel a lot, but this was really bad. We woke up every morning with pain in the back. The bad didn’t have a top matress. The staff told the housekeeper to put on a matress. They gave us a duvet. The next day I complain, and they give me one moore duvet to sleep on. That didn’t help.. I travel a lot, and would like to stay at the hotel again, if they change beds.
