The room I had booked was with a bathroom but the room I was given only had a sink and a shower with a shared bathroom down the hall. They ‘upgraded’ me to a room with more beds but still only had a shower and sink. Shower was really old and over all the room was grungy.

U need to explain to person that they are sharing a bathroom with strangers the place was very smelly overall i can't imagine taking kids there i will never refuse or let anyone i know go there is not

The receptionist was very nice and kind to me.

For a quick, one night stay, at the price, it was adequate.

The welcome and customer care were excellent. Clean bedding but other cleaning jacking dirty shower and dusty room.

Warm cosy relaxing stay

Very dirty, poor condition. 2 of 4 guests opted to book other rooms upon seeing the room. Even the staff told us we shouldn’t have bothered with crystal lodge.

Wonderful staff, the room was very warm and comfortable! Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean too! It felt like more like a large house than a hotel, which might be great for some. The staff had every possible amenity I required and I'm grateful for the extended stay despite my late check in. Just be aware that as it's close to the high street (not necessarily a bad thing), you might get the odd busy traffic noise near you. Good, decent place to sleep for the night for a decent price.

The gentleman at xheck in was very nice and so helpful Outside of hotel needs some tlc but my room, although basic was clean and comfortable and fitted with my needs Good value would stay again

Mesmo que seja um lugar mais simples, tem bastante acessibilidade para estação de trem e ônibus. Walid e Peter com toda a hospitalidade deixaram tudo mais tranquilo para mim e minha família. Super recomendo

Very small Room, the bathroom is dirty and mouldy. The location was great for convenience.

We were Immediately upgraded by Walid. A very friendly welcome and seemed to be on duty 24/7. It is somewhere ok to get some sleep. Shared toilet and bathroom off putting> However Walid made up for the lodges short comings with his warm welcome

Awful avoid at all costs - not clean, bed broken shower not working water on taps in bathroom would not go off not clean and generally a huge let down.

Does what it says on the tin! Needed a place to stay for a night after a festival. Can’t argue with the price, nice and cheap especially for London. The staff member on the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very reasonably priced rooms. Very clean all the staff as well as cleaners. Basic but everything you need

The receptionist have great manners

Nice and friendly staff. Our family room was all new beds so I could sleep well. I just feel bad for another customer. My children were so happy stay here so running around and making noise.
