I paid the hotel on hotel.com a month ago before and when we arrived the man said no it was not paid and asked us to pay again. Once in my room I checked my visa and invoice and it was paid! We went bave to the reception and show to the woman but she maintained that we did not paid! Even showing her my invoice and my credit card statement. I said ok I am writing to hotel.com because she said that they have to reimburse me. When a strates cheating with the help on line she suddenly said: oh yes you did paid the two nights…. That was the only issue… but a big!

Great location with very friendly staff, updated bathrooms and good food on the riverside. I left my charger behind and went back 2 days later and it was wanting for me...

Séjour agréable. Personnel efficace. Chambre confortable avec climatisation, utile quand il fait 40°C dehors. Par contre il manque un bureau et une chaise. Il n'y a aucune chaise dans la chambre. Le wi-fi n'est pas au top, impossible de s'y connecter (même en passant par le routeur orange du RDC). A notre départ un réparateur était présent alors peut-être que ce point sera amélioré ? Pas de parking privé, il faut se garer sur le parking municipal juste en face payant de 8h à 17h30, mais c'est l'heure où on est en balade. Sinon, pour indication c'est 3€ les 2 heures si on veut faire la grasse matinée. L’hôtel est très bien situé, pratique comme point de départ des balades incontournables de la région. L’hôtel fait également restaurant Hôtel à recommander.

L accueil ainsi que le service était agréable et professionnel. La personne que nous avons eu était très agréable courtois et à l écoute. L hôtel bien situé. Compliments pour le chef en cuisine !!!! Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Et nous y retournerons volontiers !!!

Excellent location. The entry of the hotel is weird. One has to go through the bar and a couple of tiny doors. The corridors are dingy and narrow but the rooms are nice. Clean and spacious.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour découvrir le village de Beynac . Manque une petite table dans la chambre et dommage que les service du petit déjeuner ne démarre qu'à 8h surtout quand on a rdv à 7h45 pour des activités externes. Dans ce cas il faudrait à minima mettre à disposition dans la chambre une bouilloire et une cafetière en self service

The hotel was in an amazing location and the room was clean with a modern en-suite. It could have been so much better with a few simple additions. There was a shared outside roof terrace area but no seating. A kettle would have been appreciated. The man in reception was reasonably helpful but always doing lots of jobs at once. We asked for a glass so we could have a drink in our room but he said no so we had to use the paper cups. Breakfast was available at an additional cost and the food was good, however the breakfast room was quite uninviting.

Nice hotel and location if you are ready to stay in century house . Restaurant is perfect. You can drive to castle - parking is on the hill - 50 meters from entrance

Très bel établissement bien placé en bord de Dordogne, personnel très agréable et serviable, restauration parfaite, la literie n'était pas assez ferme à notre goût autrement la chambre était parfaite.

séjour moyen chambre très petite fenêtre verrouillée avec volets clos sans possibilité de l ouvrir. pas de clim On était obligé de rester avec la lumière allumée . personnel agreable mais chambre indigne d un deux étoiles Et signaler que le parking est payant
