Great hotel no complaints really. Took one star off because the breakfast isn’t really anything. Waffle, muffin, cereal, toast, bagel and cereal. Not really anything for protein

Everything and everyone were awesome!! First time staying here I will be back!!

Hotel is declining over the years we have stayed. The bikini bar rewards program ends this month, that is a big loss in our opinion. The employees have turned over a lot. The long service employees are almost all gone, fired or off to better opportunities where they are better appreciated.

Went 1st week of Oct, we have been here many times in the summer. Wasn’t surprised that Tiki bar was closed but very surprised the inside restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday and Mondays now. This left us no choice but to leave for breakfast and to leave for dinner or a nightcap. Also was surprised to not have a microwave in our room. But still a great place to stay overall

Room was dated and need updating. Carpet in hallway and staircase needed cleaning. There is no available elevator and all second floor guests must use the stairs. I have severe arthritis and using the stairs to carry bags was difficult. Staff was friendly but there was a wait in line to check in.

Everything was smooth, nice place stay.

Parking was close and safe, shopping and restaurants close enough to walk. A beach and pier to enjoy, outdoor seating and an indoor pool.

Very clean nice place. Comfortable. Great coffee in the lobby. And loved the attached restaurant too.

Parking was easy and accessible. The room was clean and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming!!

This is a cute hotel, with a very friendly staff and excellent views of the bay

This is our second trip to this resort and we enjoy it every time.

Close to everything and the bar downstairs was fun!

Having a failing back and NO WORKING ELEVATOR (and no 1st floor rooms available) made it impossible for me to stay! Would have appreciated some notice from either Expedia or the Resort would have allowed me to make alternative acceptable arrangements!

Staff

The coffee was amazing, and staff was super friendly. Very good location by the water and downtown walking right across the street. Built in restaurant had amazing food too. Great stay.

I was disappointed because neither key would work in the door. When I called the front desk, they stated I had to come back to the desk to straighten it out. Second, I was booked for a water view room. Had a giant tree in front of the window. No view….
