Amazing location and place to stay

Charming small boutique hotel with a great ambience, lovely public areas, great staff, miniscule rooftop pool, and fabulous breakfast. I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and a small enclosed balcony off it , and a bathtub in the lovely bathroom.

Our 3 night stay was outstanding! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful. We were impressed with the comfort of the bed. The bath towels were extra large and the terry cloth robes were icing on the cake. We were thankful that the air conditioner worked like a boss. The location was spot on, nice and quiet at night and right around the corner from Cathedral.

My wife and I thought this was a great hotel. It is a small boutique hotel so no big fancy lobby or pool, but excellent, helpful staff, high quality towels and sheets, and a clean comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub and the refrigerator was fully stocked. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. Finally the lobby and other public rooms were tastefully decorated with antiques and original art.

The air conditioner was amazing for a HOT summer in Sevilla. The area was walkable and the staff was great- we were greeted with drinks and they took care of our taxi requests during our stay. The only drawback was getting a hold of an iron. The room was nice and we had daily service but it was a shame we didn’t have an iron in our room.

The personnel very attentive. The breakfast very good. A great hotel boutique if you like to feel at home in a very nice environment

Customer services horrible. We didn’t check in after our arrival. I was asked to rent another room for more than 350 euros because the rooms are only available for two guesses. I had to sleep separate from my family in another room, paying that amount, if I want to stay. We asked for reimbursement and was not granted. The area for parking is horrible, I do not recommend this place at all for your vacation time.

De las mejores atenciones del lugar. Habitación cómoda, fresca y muy acogedora. Ubicación inigualable y la amabilidad de la chica de recepción es inmejorable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí, me hicieron sentir como en casa.

The hotel is beautiful and staff were very helpful and friendly. However the keycards were intermittent and often needed to be replaced, bathrooms could have been cleaner and were a bit damp.

It was a perfect stay.Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend,extrem freundlich..wie überhaupt das gesamte Personal. Das Zimmer sehr schön und die Lage des Hotels perfekt.

We were in Seville as tourists. The hotel's location is super convenient, steps away from major attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hôtel très agréable au calme dans un bâtiment du 18ème siècle. personnel serviable et aimable. On regrette un chauffage insuffisant en' cette saison et un manque comme très souvent dans les hôtels d'un éclairage adapté dans les chambres.
