Near city center but no staff to service. Have to contact at santa hotel before. The staffs are helpfull. Room was nice except bathroom. Only few restaurant nearby and no convinence store. The hotel suits for young people.

Great staff and tidy room

Henkilökunta oli hyvin kohteliasta ja mukavaa. Majoitus oli tosiaan sisäänkirjautumisesta toisaalla, mutta tämän tiesi eikä se haitannut. Lähtemisen kannalta oli helpompikin olla lähempänä rautatieasemaa. Huone oli pieni mutta ajoi asiansa. Pari töpseliä ei toiminut.

O quarto não era como o referido no site. Não vale o custo benefício.

Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.

Hôtel en libre-service, très adapté aux animaux de compagnie, avec un excellent confort de literie.

The room was clean and nice and warm. Having access to a kitchen was a big bonus. Outside the back of a hotel was a bit of a mess but everything else was good.

Huone oli siisti ja peti pihdas. Kuuma oli. Hiljaista, ei melua mistään. Suihku ja wc huoneessa. Altaan hana huono. Lyhyeen käyntiin ja vain nukkumiseen edullisempi riittävä vaihtoehto. Keskustaan suora lyhyt matka. Edullinen hyvä aamupalan sai ostaa "Päähotellists" Santasta.

Beautiful spacious, quiet and warm room. There is even a sauna in the bathroom! Staff at Santa Claus hotel is very friendly. The walk takes about 10mins from Santa Claus hotel where you get the keys to Hotel Rudolf. Room as a perfectly clean water kettle, offers coffee and tea, hairdryer and TV with many Channels. We stayed there twice within 1 week and everything was wonderful. Would come again any time!

Little inconvenient but good value for money as everything else is sky rocketing in pricing.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!

I’m satisfied with my stay at Sant’s Rudolf hotel. The only thing I wish that the check-in not separate buildings. It’s hard if you have multiple luggages especially when the snow is thick. I’m glad that I read before and even messaged the property. I appreciated my taxi driver for being patient and waited for me to check-in and dropped me off to my actual hotel. Other than that, I slept good. I felt safe. The placed closed to bus station, restaurants and shopping center.
